Still have not received my order and no contact was made with me

One of the parts are a different manufacturer than I originally ordered which might have been cheaper to buy elsewhere apart from that the parts are all bang on. And delivered in good timing.

Sometimes the supply chain let's down retailers, a part for my reasonably rare enduro bike had been manufactured incorrectly and didn't fit. The communication and response from Motocrosspartsuk was swift, polite and businesslike. Problem sorted in a week. Thank you

Parts arrived on time and were as ordered.
The only reason not to give 5 stars is the lack of communication about the delivery of my order, if it had been sent, who the courier was or when the expected delivery date was going to be.

Couldn’t find the exhaust I ordered & didn’t get the right foot pegs I ordered just another cheaper set. Won’t use the company again

Very slow to respond to queries had to be chased for refunds typical customer service from mail order companies

Cost me this weekend riding by selling an item I had to chase days later to find out they didn't have in stock... blamed on suppliers but in my book they are responsible so bad review from me I'm afraid

Emailed about returns about a piston and had no response so phoned up and they are saying that I can’t get a refund for something that doesn’t fit customer service a joke
