Terrible Experience, ruined christmas gifts.

They messed up my order by giving the wrong adress to the delivery company, even though they had the correct one in the order confirmation email that they sent me after the order. The delivery company also didnt reach out to me, and simply just sent the package back to the MG store, after a couple of weeks. In the meanwhile I noticed the problem because I was wondering what was wrong, and I checked the tracking history. After noticing the problem, I tried to contact their support team 3 different times and nobody could explain me anything. Only that they could send me a refund but its christmas presents, I dont want any refund, just wanted to change my adress and I couldnt. Terrible process, very poor delivery and very poor costumer support. The delivery team was LandMark Global by the way.

Package is "lost" twice

an update, it's the fifteenth of November and the second package (the reshipment) has been sent to Germany again, and I feel very disappointed. I asked for them to give me my money back, and Im waiting for it. I feel very bad because I really wanted this shirt.

Frechheit

Bestellter Artikel von der Qualität sehr gut, Größe passte nicht deshalb zurück senden, aber da eine Frechheit, keine Reaktion auf Emails 4Stück.. erst als Paypal eingeschaltet wurde, und jetzt warte ich seit 2 Monaten auf mein Geld, Reaktion auf Emails ..könnte ihr euch ja denken.

Geen bericht meer over retour - geld kwijt

Ik had 2 poloshirt besteld. Een daarvan pastte niet. Dus die via het retourportal aangemeld en terug gestuurd.
Niets meer van gehoord en ook geen geld terug gehad...
Hier bestel ik niet(s) meer....

Rücksendung Shirt soll 14,40 € kosten.

Die Qualität der Ware ist eher niedrig. Aber noch akzeptabel. Lieferung war sehr schnell.

Leider ist ein half zipper viel zu groß und soll zurück gesendet werden. Trotz Versprechen bei Rücksendung innerhalb von 14 Tagen ist alles kostenfrei und sogar Versand wird erstattet, werden 14,40 € für den Versand von einem Kleidungsstück verlangt. Das finde ich frech.

Der Shop ist somit nicht zu empfehlen und kommt für mich nie wieder in Frage.

Achja, der Chat um das zu klären wurde seitens MotoGP immer wieder abgebrochen, Begründung: Zeitüberschreitung. Nach Sekunden.

The quality of the product is not good

The quality of the product is not good! The pattern does not look the same in real life as in the advertised picture, and the quality of the sweater is not good either! The shipping fee is expensive! I do not recommend this site!

Time wasters

Time wasters, do not order from them!!
They sent me the wrong items, someone else's order and I have wasted my time to resolve the issue to no avail. One of the worse customer service I have come across.

This store should be blacklisted

I ordered a T-shirt that arrived on time, but what I received was completely different from what was advertised on the website. The item bore no resemblance to the product shown, which felt misleading and dishonest. To make matters worse, I had to pay for return shipping due to their error—a frustrating and unfair experience. This is unacceptable, and I’ll never order from this company again. I just hope that I will receive the refund.

Absolutley the worst customer service…

Absolutley the worst customer service ever, they lie, they do not respond, they promise the earth and dont deliver, due to a cockup on thier part a part order was sent via DHL although they advised DHL the wrong information and value meaning I had to pay double inport duties after complaining they appologised and promised to send the next part of the order with the customs pre-paid refund my carraige costs and give me a discount voucher, they sent me a discount code, then a few weeks later dispatched the rest oof my order, I got a email from DHL requesting me to pay the inport duties again despite the company promising they would prepay, I complained they appologised said they look into it, a few mails later and still no solution, then unbelievable I get another email from the same person I had been dealing with with a copy of a mail she had recieved from DHL telling that due to none payment of Duties they would return the package to sender, the same girl basically asking me to sort out DHL,

Fact is thier left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing they just leave you in obeyance for you to sort it yourself, I really dont see why I should be over 150 quid out of pocket due to thier cockup

I was scared when i saw all the…

I was scared when i saw all the reviews! I already placed my order so no turning back. The hoodie that I orded took a week to be delivered. That was ok, they did mention it and kept me posted all the time about the delivery status but when it arrived it was way to small. I took a L size and it looked like an S. So in send it back and ordered an XXL instead. 3 days later my order arrived! Great!! The size was perfect this time. Of course I got scared about my return. Will I get my money back, ...? and Yes I did! It took a little bit more than 3 weeks to receive it. I did had a chat with them about my return but they were very friendly. So my experience was actually very good!

Great experience

Nonostante tutte le recensioni negative su tempistiche di consegna non rispettate e materiale scadente devo dire che ho ricevuto la t-shirt ordinata nei tempi previsti (nonostante il periodo prenatalizio ) e si tratta di un prodotto di ottima fattura ...pensare che avevo anche tentato di annullate l ordine.... mi devo ricredere .
Unico appunto , magari facilitate l accesso al servizio di assistenza ai clienti

Despite all the negative reviews about delivery times not being respected and poor quality material, I must say that I received the t-shirt ordered on time (despite the pre-Christmas period) and it is an excellently made product... to think that I had even tried to cancel the order.... I have to think again.
Only note, perhaps make it easier to access the customer support service

Scammer

Ordered 27.nov. Estimated delivery 04.dec-11.dec. Still not shipped. Ai answers on email with only lies. Asked for refund nd they only refunded me the shipping $10.45. My payment was $92,69!!! Opened a case with paypal now.

my order in may is still not delivered. they do not deliver and answer e-mail. by telephone is not possible,
i sent an email that i would inform VISA as i did. then i got an mail that they would pay me back. thats almost 2 monts ago. still no monney. do not order here!! its fake. bestel hier niets. het is fake. je krijgt je bestelling niet en je geld niet terug!

After this revieuw , got my monney back

I ordered a jacket on 2.7.2023

I ordered a jacket on 2.7.2023, nearly 2 months later it is still “processing” every time a try contacting customer support it just puts me in a chat with an AI, and when it offers me to talk to an actual person they are “unavailable and back soon” without telling me what time people are available, no response from customer support in an email sent 2 weeks ago either, no phone number to call, absolutely hopeless

Ordered a Tshirt which I received it…

I received a T-shirt with several holes, which was disappointing. Despite paying £30, they're only refunding £27 and charging £7 for the return. I've had trouble getting in touch through live chat and email. I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering.

Edit: Eventually, they responded and informed me that they will be sending a new T-shirt, negating the need to return the faulty one (although I've already dispatched it and covered the £7 return label cost). I've adjusted my rating from 1 star to 3, and now I'm awaiting confirmation about the £7 return postage reimbursement. In this age of Amazon, I'm of the opinion that the return process should be more streamlined.
