I have purchased the license of Booklium, theme for Wordpress, and must say that it has fitted my needs like a glove for my Airbnb like website. It connects seamlessly to other OTA’s in order to prevent overbooking, and has a lot of other possibilities. Their support has been very useful, bearing in mind that I am not a technician in Website development. Some knowledge is necessary but with their help it makes it easier. Totally recommended!

I recently had an issue with the permalink structure affecting the "My Account" page links on my website. The support team, particularly Andre Flores, was incredibly prompt and helpful in resolving this issue. They identified the problem, which was due to a custom permalinks structure, and enabled the Post name structure to ensure everything worked correctly. I generated temporary access to my website to allow the team to address the problem, and they resolved it seamlessly. You can trust them with worry-free access to your site. I appreciate their effective assistance and quick response. The support provided was invaluable and greatly appreciated!

A very good plugin & support!

John is such a guy, who without addressing the problems never goes off, he in fact, resolve the issues himself on working on the website. it is a very good thing for non techies, and very trustworthy i believe. So this is what i have to say about the service being provided. Wonderful, and thanks for everything.

Très bon retour du service client MotoPress. Réactif et efficace, j’avais un problème d’affichage sur un composant, qui a été réglé par retour de mail avec en plus des liens pour des conseils avisés.

Compre el plugin , lo evalué y resulto que no era el producto que yo deseaba, no me devuelven mi dinero todo y que lo solicité a los 3 días de la compra. la totalidad de las funciones tiene un coste superior a 600 €.
Actualización de gestiones a 13 de Mayo de 2024:
Pues después de unos cuantos correos arriba y abajo, decidieron que si me podían devolver mi dinero. Os cuento yo pague por el plugin 135,39 € y me han devuelto 127,57€, ninguna explicación sobre el concepto con el que se quedan con 7,82€ míos. Por supuesto ninguna factura. Mucho cuidado en trabajar con ese grupo.

Great support, John helped me with some issues I had with the Hotel Booking Plugin. After making a Support account using the Members plugin John could login to my website and find the issue. It was a setting I missed.

The support of Motopress is very helpful and responds pretty fast. That's about the only thing that's worth it with them.

They know that the product is bad and that's why there's absolutely no refunds. You can't really do much with the hotel plugin, a simple sql based system works so much better, and the themes are really horrible.

Lesson learned. Unless you want to do the most basic stuff and have 0 IT knowledge, I really wouldn't go for it.

Motopress support team assisted me with a demanding and strange refund claim case because of a dual-copy we bought. They were understanding, and willing to accomodate our situation. Great support throughout.

We had an issue with the plug in. I contacted support and Andre was able to quickly resolve my issue.

Agent was able to help me, even it took him longer to solve my problem, This is not the first time I ask for help or inquiry, and I am very satisfied with their support. Again, I am very thankful to this team.

Motopress is an app that definitely gets the job done for photographers and the support is stellar!
