Great garage! They didn't pressure me into buying a car; I was able to take my own time to find the perfect car for me. The staff are very friendly and experienced, and have been so helpful in what could have been a very stressful time. A very special shout out to Paul and Adam for all of their help. I would recommend anybody to at least visit this garage, as my experience was second to none! Thanks guys!

I was very worried about purchasing a car as i knew nothing about how to to do it. PAUL at motor market made ut it very easy and my worries have gone away as i have a brilliant car i love..thank to you all x

Unfortunately everything was perfect until I got my car
Was given silly advice about finance which wasn’t true so I’d suggest people not be so sure of themselves when talking to someone who has part exchanged a vehicle before instead of giving uncalled attitude on the phone when asking when the settlement would be paid still days after you had my car already, I shouldn’t have to wait for that hence the chasing up and if you’re going to take so long at-least keep one in the loop it makes them feel less like they’re going to be conned :)
Even when it was done and just waiting to come through in the other side I was told it’s none of my business but it is and was hence why I received a letter saying it had been paid a week after it had been from the finance people which I was told I wouldn’t by your advisor which is silly and I was clearly asking so I know I’m not paying out for two finances … anyways moving on I Was very happy with the price I got for my car I part exchanged i was given a good price for it 100% cannot fault you guys on that so thank you
However what I will not thank you for is,
Took it first day I had it to the petrol station of course, I get there, switch car off, Put petrol in
Then for a good 30 seconds which felt like forever as I was starting to panic it wouldn’t turn on and the breaks felt like they were spongy and made a very strange sound I thought I’d have to call breakdown cover already I had only had it about half an hour by this point.
I Managed to turn it on and drive it home so thought probably just a fluke, so took it to halfords to check the next day as more lights had come up on the dashboard and they said with concern that there was Too much engine coolant put in (which is dangerous for the electrical in the car) , not enough oil, all the tyres were dangerously flat, a pipe hadn’t been put back properly which created an air leak which confused the computer in the car which lead with increased fuel consumption as a causation which is why the engine light and epc light to come on too just to add, luckily they ended up not charging me at halfords as they said whoever you got the car from someone took things apart in the car and put it back together not only incorrectly but carelessly.
Seems like this dealer ship do not take pride in the cars they sell, just want to make a quick sale without making sure everything is prim and proper with the vehicle they are selling to you
Ive had a couple cars in my time and have never ran into this many problems
Not a good overall experience, I’ve never had so many issues with a car especially such easy fixes (luckily) but just poor from the dealership.
Evidently do dodgy MOTS
And I have children to think about

Great service as ever. This is the fourth car I’ve purchased from Motor Market, highly recommended.

These guys were great no pressure to buy just look around and take a car you like out for test drive on your own .
I brought a Mercedes A180 really nice car full service before I had it and came with 12 months MOT
After couple days one of my heated plugs was breaking down so I told the guys at motor market they booked car in next day and changed all 4 heater plugs
I will certainly go back when I want a newer car . Would recommend .
