The sales team at Motorama Kia were most helpful and efficient from our first approach when considering a new vehicle.

When the decision was made they were most considerate in ensuring everything was as we wanted.
At delivery the team demonstrated the various functionalities of the vehicle, some we were aware of, others which were new.

If they can give a full tank of fuel with a new car would have been great but anyways, nice and friendly staff.

I am very disappointed and disillusioned with my Motorama experience.
The car was presented to me with very little fuel, scratches on the vehicle and the wheel alignment out quite significantly.
You say in your Motorama delivery guide that the pre-delivery department will inspect my car, complete a road test, fuel, and fit any accessories before its final detail and clean…’ Was this done? It doesn’t seem that way to me.
On receipt of the vehicle I noticed the steering was rough and moving to the left dramatically. On the Saturday after receiving the vehicle the mechanic from Motorama Browns Plains took the car for a drive and road test and said the steering and wheel alignment were fine.
Over the weekend I took the car for a long drive and noticed the roughness in the steering and moving towards the left. I decided to get my own independent check done (at a cost to me of $95.00) and the Manager at Motorama refused to reimburse me for this.
I was also expected to pay $100.00 at my own expense to get the scratches in my car buffed, which I did reluctantly.
It would have been nice if the ability to claim under the Statutory Warranty (only allowed to be done through the dealer that sold the car) to be fully explained to me at the time of taking carriage of the vehicle.
I don’t think it’s fair that I should have to pay for my own wheel alignment and scratch removal when I have had to purchase a relatively new vehicle at a significant cost.
I am very sad, and disappointed with the sales experience and really don’t know who I can trust now in obtaining an accurate opinion on my car.
I have had another review done of the steering and alignment through Motorama and am still not sure if the problem has been rectified, as the car is still steering rough.
I am considering having an independent assessment done on the vehicle so I can be confident and have peace of mind.

It all started great with the recent purchase of our New Triton Dual Cab Exceed, our Salesperson Krish was very good, however after coming back to pick it up, upon arrival I did notice that certain thiings I asked to be cleaned for pick up of New Car was that as it was on display, please clean the oil marks on back seat and when we went to get it - the marks were still there (Krish did clean it with straight away) just little things like this - the car was not cleaned thoroughly or overall not very well. After getting home later that afternoon we realised the interior light bulb had blown, so had to drive an hour to Toowoomba to get it fixed - then the next day driving back from Brisbane the snorkel almost fell off the car - was not fitted properly, then I have to chase up accounts to find out where my refund is or $820 that she promised she would put through same day so expected it in 2-3 days nope....so overall - I would probably not recommend as a great experience.
