Wow, I don’t know where to start.
As deep this is going to sound, I really believe that Lydia is an angel the universe sent me. The distraught and loss hope I felt after yesterday when a van collided into the side of my car I thought there was no coming back life was over.
Long story short I had a call this morning not even 8am and it’s Lydia doing everything she can to help me, and she did. I have hope that there is still amazing people out there in this world and this lady and company is the reason!
Lydia you are an amazing person and deserve the absolute best in this world!

In the process of getting my car repaired through these guys after my insurance being a waste of time. Got me a like for like car in less than 24 hours of phoning them I was picking the car up and dropping my own car off to get replaced. Guys have been spot on with every phone call and kept me updated through the process so far. Highly reccomend

Contacted this company after not wanting to pay my Insurnace excess for a non fault accident.

Everything arranged and courtesy car the next day.

I thought fantastic I was then told my car would be collected by Co parts and inspected to see what needed to be done to repair. I must hand my V5 and both sets of keys on pickup.

Slightly odd!!!!

Luckily I did research on co part and found it to be a salvage auction mainly.

I called them to cancel my car collection and they asked why and I said I don’t want to part with my car it’s a small repair and I’ll go via my so Insurnace after all.

The lady from Co part said let me check the status of your car….. turned out they had my car ready to be listed at auction to be sold and had no inspection booked to check over my car.

I contacted this company and the other company they WhatsApp you from and they still stand by the lie they tell that it’s being inspected and if it not repairable it’s with Co part to then sell at auction.

Avoid this absolute scam at all costs unless you want a middle man making money off your car and possibly leaving you in negative equity.

Managed to change my courtesy car with my insurance and enterprise who were the ones who told me about this scam initially.

I had the best experience possible with this organisation, it couldn't have been any better, My insurance company was stressing me out over a No fault claim, I went online tried them out and it turned out to be the best decision ever. Service was swiftly and professionally handled by Ryan. I would 100% recommend them.

Hands down the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with!

Firstly they specifically promise to have you back on the road in 24hrs and it took almost 48hrs

Secondly I specifically stated I needed a vehicle for carrying dogs and then when I received my vehicle I was specifically told no animals allowed

And finally they absolutely point blank refused to negotiate upon the value of my vehicle stating they were using the GLASS valuation which I’ve since gained a copy of and they have lied about that! The GLASS valuation is actually 20% more than I have been offered.

When trying to complain I had to repeatedly chase them for the referral letter to the ombudsman service, which took 6 months to arrive to then be told they’re essentially operating in a loophole where they aren’t under the jurisdiction of any ombudsman

All in all an absolution shocking experience with an awful company.

I am really very happy with this company, they are very professional and realistic , fast response very good costumer service, they sort it out all my needs after my accident, i highly recommended, thank you very much for everything.

Motor Claims Line were fantastic!
The whole process was so smooth and fast and i was kept well informed throughout the whole process.
I was given a courtesy car with 4 hours of calling them and my car was removed off of the side of the pavement in this time as well which relieved a great amount of stress, my own insurer where utterly useless and told me i had to sort that out myself.
My toyota aygo was parked outside my house when someone smacked into it, Motor Claims Line true to their word provided me with a like for like vehicle, a new toyota yaris.
I recieved my payment which i was extremely satisfied with on the 26th, 13 days after the incident.

I have to say I was sceptical at first, but they took a massive load of my head. I could just sit back and relax while they've sorted everything out for me! People should know about this company and their fantastic service, Andy was great from the first minute to the last!

Andy from CC response is the most understanding employee, he helped me through my accident claim. He is the only one from that company that seems to be more humane. I don't like anyone else in that company as few of them are arrogant. However now the claim is sorted! All the best and xxx the rest Andy ! Excellent c.s as well.

Honestly I don’t know where to start. Following a non fault accident I had my insurance company delayed my process so much I was left without any courtesy car for 2 weeks. I then got in touch with motor claims line and that’s when I was met with their constant support and transparency. They managed to arrange a hire vehicle for me the next day and had also recovered my written off car the day following. Thought this whole process they have been extremely helpful and I am truly shocked with happiness at how they dealt with my claim. I’m someone who doesn’t know much about claims and what to do following an accident as I am 21 years old with no immediate family memeber that drives and any questions I had the team at motor claims line were so helpful in assuring me everything would be fine and making sure this claim was dealt with as swiftly as possible. My claim ref - CC/21239 and I would just like to thank the whole team again for helping me out with all my queries and 3 weeks since I made my claim with motor claims line I have been paid out the value of my l vehicle today and I honestly cannot sing their praises any higher. As long as you have clear evidence you were not at fault they will ensure you get the right help. Thanks again to the team at motor claims line for your constant transparency and support throughout this stressful time.

There are a lot of cowboys in this industry, but there's a new sheriff in town! After a texting young girl drove into my Mercedes, Tom at MotorClaimsLine handled the claim flawlessly from start to finish. A transporter picked up my car and delivered a nice E Class convertible that her insurers (grudgingly!) agreed to pay for the duration of the claim. My lease was paid off in full with a nearly £3K surplus going to me. I pick up my shiny new BMW 840i M-Sport Coupe early next month!

Car got written off outside my address while it was parked up. Being a non fault accident I didn't wanna make a claim using my own insurance so I just googled what to do and I came across motorclaimsline.co.uk. From the get-go the service provided to me by Chris (and sometimes Andy!) was impeccable. Concise conversations and pure peace of mind. Courtesy car provided same day and despite issues from Enterprise, MCL made sure I got my car that day. Absolutely recommend. Thanks again Chris and Andy 👍🏽
