I absolutely love my new Viking Cycles jacket! Scott Adam was super helpful in making sure I got my new jacket in a timely matter and that I got the correct size. My Warlock Women's Motorcycle Mesh Jacket fits great and has great protection in all the right places. It has a zip out liner for a bit of added warmth in the cool evenings and cool mornings. It is the perfect warm weather riding jacket!

Motorcycle House are wonderful. Amazing the Quality is not cheap at all. The Jacket are very sturdy and well made. I had to contact them and Kiara Wilson was professional and so nice. Customer service was quick to respond to my questions. I have the three piece sissy bar bag and a roll bag as well as a vest. I have used the bags during a down pour and nothing got wet. The quality is way better than any other bags I have used in the past years. Great product and great customer service! Thank you Motorcycle House and Kiara Wilson. A perfect 10 in my book.

I telephoned to make sure that the viking hard bags would fit my 2016 Yamaha XVS1300A (belt drive) and was told that they would. They arrived in 8 days without the fitting/mounting kit and I had to wait nearly two weeks to receive that. On trying to fit the bags I discovered that they would be perfect for the old model 1300A which was shaft drive but would not fit mine. To make the bags fit they would need to be moved out by over 100mm ... (much longer than the supplied mounting set pins) I raised this with the support people and was told to buy some spacers (unspecified dimensions or materials) from your hardware shop and we will pay you what it costs. Simply spacing the bags out by 100mm increases the shear force on the mounting set pins by a factor of 6-8 and would have meant that the bags could not be used to carry anything much heavier than air. I spent over $70 at my hardware shop, made and welded brackets out of stock metal 6mm thick and painted them before fitting the bags. This took over three hours of my time. I have not received any further communication since the offer to pay for the spacers which would not provide a safe engineering solution. The Bags are good quality but the aftersales service is amateurish at best. I have tried to submit a review on their website but my submitted review has not appeared and the review function button on their website seems to be disabled - with the result that all their published reviews are "edited" before publication so that only positive reviews appear. I would not deal with these people again - they have no concept of customer service.

Bought a pair of pants that were too big even after using their own sizing chart. I contacted them and an automated message told me, Julio Iglesias would contact me. He never did. After several weeks I contacted them again and they responded by saying I was out of the exchange window and ended communication with me.

bad response to e-mails different things told when got in touch by phone. note motorcycle house uk based at same address in US as viking bags not uk based. only positive is no probs. with refund as used pay-pal. DO NOT use this misleading company

Dishonest and terrible service and the delivery company is chasing me for a tax payment on goods . No response from Customer service at Motorcycle house. Do not use them.

The truth has a great ease of navigation with a very attractive menu. Focus on showing users all products in a simplified way. With a broad catalog of apparel for motorists, helmets, and accessories. Very recently I was provided the Viking cycle Odin motorcycle vest. Available on this page and truth is I'm very delighted with the product.it has a wide range of adjustment and multifunctionality, with a variety of compartments. Cell phone, glasses, a mini tablets, portfolio and even has an area designed for your earphone. Adding to all this material feels very high quality. So I can imagine that the rest of their products on this page are equally high quality products. And with respect to the time of delivery. Vest came earlier than expected. I am very satisfied with their service. excellent pricing. thank you Scott adam for you attention. Taking the time for kindy giving me information on products that suited me best. 100% recommended

I had great experiences ordering from Viking Cycle, I ordered the Ironclad motorcycle textile jacket and the Saxon riding pants. They shipped very quickly and are both of fantastic quality. I have nothing but great things to say about Motorcycle House. I've contacted them well over 5 times about different items like a rear bag for my sportbike and a jacket & riding pants. Because of the that alone I'll be a Motorcycle House customer for life. The riding jacket and pants alone saved me a ton of money vs other Motorcycle apparel stores. They have a great selection of merchandise and some of the best prices around, what more could you ask for.

I had a terrible experience with this company,

They did not ship the jacket I ordered for my girlfriend because it was not the same address as the billing address for the card I used. They said this policy was stated on the website, and when I went to look under the shipping section, it was not written there. What kind of a company does not allow you to send to an address other than a billing address? They will not allow me to refund the money to a different card, which I have to do because the card I purchased this with was cancelled due to fraud.

In addition to these awful policies, I kept being placed on hold by the customer service representative Xhulio while I was attempting to give information regarding the purchase. This is just rude. I would recommend against buying anything from this company strongly.

Unethical, horrible company.
Ships me a defective jacket, and as of the time of this posting, it's 3 weeks and multiple lies from MH later, Had to file a dispute with my credit card bank or I never would get my money back.

Stay away from this company. I pretty sure it's just some a-hole running it out of his basement, at least that is what it seems

Good customer service on chat and e-mail. Answered all questions I had promptly. Received Viking bags within a week or ordering.
A pretty good mounting system that supports many bikes but Vulcan 900 Custom requires bolts 1/4 inch shorter than those supplied.

Worst company. Trying to get rich quick. Order helmet. Wasn't what I expected.Returned with tag still on it. I paid 50.98 and the refund was 32.98. Never again!

I just got off a chat with Ed as I was trying to find status of my order. I couldn't quite find what I was looking for, but he set me right up and in no time had the info I needed. Very professional and helpful. I would say customer service like that is far and few between. Very happy with both customer service, which was first time I used, and also anything I have bought. Highly recommend.
