Nice talking to customer service. You need to update your web page for renewal im sure it fount work so that you'd call so they can try and sell. Wasted my lunch break having to call to pay. This is not a blip it happened last year. Won't be happy next year if we renew

UPDATED* AWFUL SCAM COMPANY SO FAR, TAKEN MY MONEY & 10 DAYS LATER STILL NOT INSURED OR REFUNDED
I bought my first motorhome, got a quote through the motorhome insurer comparison site. Motorhome Protect were the cheapest so I went ahead and converted the quote. They took a deposit and I have been happily driving my new van for the last 5 days. I gave them a call today to ask why I hadn't received any confirmation from them and they told me they can't find myself or my vehicle on the system. I have double checked everything and restoring the quote again tells me purchase completed. They are happy to take my money, I think this is a scam. The woman on the phone couldn't help and to call back after the easter bank holidays. I will be reporting this to the FCA and Ombudsman as I now cannot drive my vehicle until their internal team resolves this matter. I have paid for a service I haven't got. Awful company so far.
*UPDATE*
Still completely unresolved by Motorhome Protect. The answer they have just given to this review has not resolved anything. Where is the escalation phone number? You have told me to call but you havent provided an alternative number so I will have yo go through the same process I have already gone through with your team who were already incapable to resolve. My transaction is not marked as completed on review sites, it is marked completed on YOUR website! You have taken my money but seem incapable of checking with your finance team that my payment is with you.
I will be making a complaint to the Trading Standards, the Financial Ombudsman and the FCA this morning. Unacceptable or inexcusable to be still unsupported by Motorhome Protect.
I have also had to take out a policy with an alternative insurer so expect my full refund.
*UPDATE 2 *
It is now over 10 days since I made the payment and still no sign of insurance or my refund. I have now been forced to go legal against this so called company. I will also be submitting complaints to the Trading Standards, Financial Ombudsman and the FCA.
