The staff were very helpful but not pushy. They arranged for the transportation of a car from another venue to Coventry and gave us a clear and concise breakdown of how the 2 cars we were considering compared to help us make our final choice. Following the sale there was a follow-up call just to check everything was OK.

It was a very busy Saturday at the Coventry branch, but we were able to book an appointment to view a Mazda CX-30 with ease.

I spoke to Matthew on the phone, who was incredibly helpful and sent me a personalised video of the car. My heart wasn’t set on the vehicle, but after seeing the video I immediately called back to put a deposit down and reserve it.

When we arrived it was very busy, but we were warmly welcomed by Akshay (Ash), who swiftly provided us with the keys, answered a few of my questions and allowed us to test drive the vehicle.

When we returned, Ash was attentive, but didn’t linger intrusively like I have experienced at other car dealerships. I decided to buy the vehicle and Ash provided top rate customer service. He was personable, funny and made me feel comfortable that I had made the right choice.

He made the whole process easy and comfortable and was not pushy. I was very grateful for his service and I think he represented Motorpoint well.

Since buying the vehicle, a service notice appeared on the dashboard. I emailed Ash, who promptly responded and provided simple instructions on how to remove it, as the vehicle was not actually due for its service. Very impressed with the aftercare, as I have received much worse aftercare service from smaller dealerships in the past. I would recommend!

Looked at an Iveco high roof lwb van at the Coventry depot before Xmas, took delivery of it last week, from start to finish Victoria was prompt with phone calls & emails and dealt with the whole process well throughout, infact even when Victoria wasn’t available Matt & Ash were very helpful and knew exactly where the deal was at, I would not hesitate in contacting them again for another

Very relaxed atmosphere to buy a car in, not rushed and no pressure. Wajid Ali was very helpful and showed me the cars that I was interested in, and very helpful during the buying process.

I have used Motorpoint twice now. On both occasions it has been stress free. I find the car online, have it moved to my local branch (for a £149 fee) inspect it and purchase if happy. The new car is home with me within a week and the part exchange for my old cars has been excellent. I'll be in the market for an EV by the end of the year and will be using Motorponti again. I won't buy cars from anyone else from now on.

changing my vehicle from start to finish was a masterclass in how to look after customers. from finding a car, sorting my part exchange and picking up my new vehicle, my experience was first rate, no pushy salesman, no excuses just a very efficient young man called toby who made the whole process very very easy

When viewing the car noted a mark ,spoke with manager and was rectified. Sending video off completed work before collection.The sales team on collection was very attentive, approachable and professional making me feel at ease.Ensured sat nav was set up as didn't live locally and their hospitality excellent nothing rushed .

I would like to personally thank Ash and Hawdung from your Coventry branch for their personal action for looking after myself in respect of the vehicle transfer from another branch through too the handover of my new car with yourself, they were both excellent.
They kept in constant communication with myself advising of the update situation on a daily basis, which unfortunately I never received from the salesman who sold me the car. a Matthew Howard.

Taylor, our salesman was lovely and made the experience a lot more smooth and enjoyable. For him being so new, he was so confident. I incurred a few issues in the process through my own fault but staff tried to help as much as possible and stay friendly and calm. The part ex and new finance was quick and easy. In and out within an hour. Would continue to use MP going forward. Only slight issue is there is a tyre pressure light on from day of purchase but was told it was because of the cold and it would go. Been 2 days and still on so far.
