Motorpoint - Glasgow Opiniões

Very helpful and polite staff presentation of my purchase was absolutely immaculate, this was my 4th car from motorpoint wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Easy way to buy a car. No pressure sales is the way forward. Would go back again and highly recommend them . So much so my son bought a car from Motorpoint 6 days after us. Good job .well done.

Very informative sales rep. Gave all info on various cars we selected allowing us to make final informed choice.

Straight forward no hassle and no issues at all.. I had appt rescheduled although this wasn’t an issue at all for me. Dealt with Justin initially and the fact he called me twice to update me(goes a long long way in this day). Then dealt with Justin on collection who was pleasant,
Well mannered and chatty from start to finish throughout my visit. Car was immaculate and exactly as described (bought it blind). This is my second car from Motorpoint Glasgow and tbh I wouldn’t go anywhere else now…many many thanks 🙏 guys and keep up the good work

Danielle was very helpful and great to deal with , much appreciated.

A warm welcome and very cooperating staff in very nice surroundings

No Arthur Daily type selling!
Fair upfront experience from patient friendly sales people.

Fast and professional!

Very pleased with the service and the staff

The customer service we received from Liam Mitchell and Ral. Excellent from start to finish. We weren’t sure on what to buy and Liam talked us through our options and Ral helped us on the day with the buying process.

Very easy. No one hassled us. Everyone was very pleasant. We dealt directly with 3 or 4 salesmen and all were very helpful. Have recommended to other people.

Very straightforward.

The staff where excellent price was good and service was good

This was the first time ever dealing with Motorpoint. The over the phone service was great with Ian. He was so helpful and explained everything. So I thought it would continue when I got to the branch to collect my new car but alas no there was no personal interaction it was just pay this pay that here’s your key where’s your keys for your trade in. Was disappointed.

Quick, hassle free service

Some great communication and with ease was able to change my mind from one car to another. Handover was good once we agreed my trade in had a full service history.
Seth was a fairly new sales person who did extremely well. I would give him a 10/10.

Everything went as well as it could have done. Saw a car I liked on Saturday evening and drove it home on the Monday! All engagement with Motorpoint, both online and in person, was spot on as well. No hassle and stress free!

Sales person and cars they have. Plenty to choose from
