Sold my Car back to Motorpoint in Peterborough. Easy to do. Didn’t try to change the sale price after inspecting the vehicle. Money in my Bank Account straight away. Sale price was 25% MORE than offered by WBAC! Sales Assistant, Harley, professional and friendly. Coffee good too!

This my second car from Motorpoint…
This my second car from Motorpoint based on the quality and price of the 1st car and the relaxed informative way I was guided towards a purchase by Dawid.
This visit didn't disappoint.My intention was just to sell my car but since the price offered was by far the best and Sam's warning about he first year depreciation of the new ev I was planning to buy rang alarm bells.
He listened to my needs and found me just the car I wanted at a lot less than I was planning to spend on the new one.
Sam was not at all pushy and went out of his way to answer my endless questions.
Motorpoint is refreshing change and the staff are a pleasure to deal with

Sold my car through Motorpoint Peterborough dealt with Henry and Ben who were both excellent and during process my partner ended up buying a car from them.
Whole experience excellent and very efficient and fair valuation of my car and quick payout.
Would use again for both buying and selling a car first class service.

Great service as usual
Great service as usual, i had Micheal serve me this time. Very patient, nothing I'm to much trouble for this company highly reccomend, very easy transition, from test driving a car to getting in the one I wanted from a different site to collecting the car, Toby was patient on collection day, this is my 6th car from them, will definitely be back from next car.

Very pleased I chose Motorpoint.…
Car was very good value for 2 years old and very low mileage. From the initial phone enquiry to the handover all of the staff were really helpful. Car was serviced and well prepared for sale.
Extras were offered but there was no hard selling at all so I did actually order the warranty, floor mats and dashcam.
All in all a very pleasant experience and happy with the offer on my trade in.

Dissapointed
On collection from Motorpoint Peterborough our car was quite grubby with cobwebs still on exterior and oily residue on black plastic trim. Next morning found 3 tyres over inflated and one under inflated, oil level way over on dipstick. So much for pdi and valet assurances from Motorpoint staff. To cap it all find myself being accosted at petrol station on way home for unpaid fuel by persons unknown Motorpoint now expect me to chase ANPR (VAR) to clear my name. Update, rang number for "customer care" as advised in reply on Trustpilot from Motorpoint Peterborough and just going round in circles,
