Did not deliver what they said. Now I asked for refund no one is responding back

I was definitely a tough customer. I had already researched multiple funding groups that guaranteed help raising capital for a new business - but wanted 20% of everything they helped you raise. Can you say PREDATORY?

I signed a contract that had a very precise refund policy, and a few days after signing I decided to request a refund as I had something come up that prevented me from moving forward. I was very fortunate that Donovan stuck to his word and not his legally binding contract, and authorized a no questions asked 100% refund. While I can't speak to the actual service he provides, he was working with me on a very short time frame, and seemed to really know what he is doing. I would recommend him based on my experience and might even come back to his funding coaching program if I need it!

Got the funding I needed. My credit was already in good shape so it took less than 2 weeks. Everything was systemized and organized which I liked. Only complaint is I hope they don't grow too fast because the service and responsiveness is top notch.
