Clear, concise, respectful
Everything was clear and straightforward. The representative, Adrian, was very helpful. I am a retired CEO of two organizations with 1,000+ employees. He is the type of person we sought to be the first contact with the organization or its divisions. I had all my questions answered, he was respectful (I am a 79.75 years old retired chemist, physicist, district K-12 superintendent, and graduate school professor) and never condescending. The interviewer I spoke with last was similarly competent.
