I actually used it every day as directed, I actually gained weight. Didn't notice any curbed appetite, maybe I had more energy but I was so excited. DID NOT WORK FOR ME!

Complete Scam! I have taken the product religiously for 2 months, and have not lost a pound. Don’t waist your money…

It’s a total SCAM!!! Buyer beware, the product does NOT work and I never have received my COMPLETE order although I have called 5 times and spoken with a “customer service person” and they each told me that my missing bottle is on the way. They won’t provide me with tracking information or anything and then that’s it!

A scam. If I could give this company a zero.I would. I purchased the original monja burn drops on line in early January. I received a phone call from a “health coach” on January 21 2025 and purchased a 12 month suppliment pack, I did not receive it until January 28. The cost was $1332. I started taking the supplements and within 3 weeks I was experiencing very bad side effects and gaining weight. I trying to call the “health coach” and ask for a refund and they refused, stating that I had to give it at least 2 full months of taking the product before I would see the benefit. My symptoms got worst. I could no longer workout without joint pain. After 2 months of being on the supplements I called back and requested a refund. They refused saying that I was 8 days past my return date (60 days). I requested to talk to my health coach because I had requested a refund at 28 days and again after 2 months per his request. I still haven’t heard back from him and his promise of a full refund up to a year later has vanished. This company is a scam

I would give them 0 stars but that was not an option. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODCT! I first received the product that was damaged and I could not get any assistance with a return or credit. I still do not have the product and they refuse to give a refund. They do not have any one to answer emails or take phone calls. I have never dealt with a company like this that would not attempt to assist a customer.

If I could give it a negative 5, I would.
It does not work and you get pressured into buying at least 6 bottles.
I have tried to get a refund with no success. All I received was the bottles. No receipt, no address return to get a refund.
I wish I had seen this site before I lost over $200.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I ordered from them, and after the transaction went through it gave me a pop up giving me a great deal for an additional 10 bottle shipment. I did this as well. It only have me one order number. Once I got my first order in the mail, the second did not get sent. I paid for two separate transactions, only got one. I emailed customer service and they kept telling me it's on the way, then all of a sudden they told me it had been delivered. Well yes, my first shipment did. Then they told me I could have a 30% discounted refund. Like I should be so greatful they "bent over backwards" for me. And after I responded and asked im getting 30% refund for a product I didn't receive? And I have been very respectful the entire time. They respond and tell me it's been longer than 69 days so no refunds can be issued. Everything they do is very scammed. They act like they don't actually read anything you send them. Language barrier maybe? Shouldn't be a reason though. They stole $300+ from me. I hope they feel good about themselves.

I'm am not happy with people that just totally ignore your message. looked on Trustpilot after I purchased Mounja Burn I usually read the reviews first. But I had to listen to 40-50 minutes of this video of some weight loss drops and I purchased $791.00 bottles. Then next I got a call from a guy trying to sell me something. I am wondering how he got my phone number. He introduced himself to me and he said his name was Kevin and the reason he called me is that he would be my weight loss coach and he does this,that. He ask me how much weight I did I want to lose, I said I think about 35 pounds in two months and since Mounja Burn helped the people in the video lose weight fast in the video. Some said they lost 10 pounds in two weeks, others said they have loss weight fast and easy. I heard testimonies saying they have lost 50 pounds in 3 or 4 months.those unbelievable testimonies were popping up though out the longest video I had to watch to the end, just to find out what they are trying to get you to buy. I said I thought the Mounja Burn was going burn fat fast. He said yeah it will, but the supplements will help keep the weight off.

I said I already spent $791.00 I didn't want to spend anymore money. Before the conversation was over I ended up spending $2,060 more dollars. I can't remember the names. the box was delivered opened I asked for a refund before all of the bottles came to my house. Now that I had everything ready they already knew I wanted just want the refunds. I called the coach specialist and told him I have the supplements now to start the return and refund I ordered he tried to talk me into staying with the coach services. They sent a text with all of the information I needed to tell customer service I am canceling and returning the supplements and they gave me the order number and they said write Return To Sender on the boxes and take them to the post office. I took pictures of everything before my daughter retaped the boxes. Well I had to open the Mounja Burn box because the customer service to try it for two weeks before I give up on the Mounja Burn.
My daughter said that she couldn't put Return To Sender because the box was opened and the postal clerk said the company needed to send me a new shipping labels for each box to my email address. I sent the message to the customer service department that sent me the supplements. I got no message back from those people and I have sent messages stating I want all of my money refunded. I called customer service and the agent said try it and use it correctly. A couple of days later I received a responding message.We are sorry that you want your money back. Here's the deal we will give you 30% of your money back and you keep the merchandise. No I don't want to keep any merchandise I just want my money back the emails and calls I made to customer service agents did not want to give me my money back until I try it for 30 days. and they were going to refund me half the amount I paid and if I don't see a difference he will return the full amount to my bank If was not seeing any improvement the company will refund all of my money back Well I used it for 4 days. I did not see any difference at all. I also at the same time I was trying to get a refund for the $2,060 dollars

I just want the shipping labels to so I can get this over and done with, just relax. The supplements just needs the new shipping label now. My daughter is doing all of the driving. All of this is too stressful for me.

Ordered Mounja Burn. Got a call from Tyler to sell additional supplements to speed up the weight loss and upgrade more mouja burn for 18 months, since it takes that long to train the body to keep the weight off for good. I thought 60 day guarantee...worth a shot. It took 3 weeks to receive my order with many phone calls trying to find out why the delay.. Tried every product for a month...gained weight Tried calling Tyler to get advice... calls ignored. Customer service was a joke. Finally received info on returning products. Sent picture of tracking number and receipt. They received the product and I didn't get my refund after a week. Contacted customer service and only got a run around. Contacted their bank and got the same treatment. Finally got an email saying it was past 60 days and couldn't refund me. I had proof it was before 60 days and called them out and threatened to get my bank involved with fraud and lose their merchant account and a law suit. That got their attention. Refund!!! Just don't buy from this company if you don't want a headache.

I didn’t remember ordering this product due to suffering from Long Covid impairment. I received a call the day before the package arrived from someone trying to get me to purchase more items under my credit card. I told this person I needed to cancel & be given a refund because of the health implications. They refused to give me any refund or return information. When the package arrived I again tried to call to return the unused & unopened package. I was told that I can only get 50% of a refund because I didn’t have a doctors note stating I can’t take this product.
First, I had someone call me and harass me to spend more money, then I’m told I can’t have a full refund, despite the website that advertises cancel at any time for a full refund.

AVOID - Same problem here. We returned within 60 days with a RMD # they provided, and they refused to give a refund because we didn't call them after it was returned to ask for the refund even though we followed their instructions to return, and they received it within the 60-day window. Report to BBB. Not reputable. This product actually increased my wife's blood sugar, not lowered it as advertised.

Total scam. I wished I had seen these reviews before I ordered this lame product. Exact same experience as the other reviewers here in that they delay refund requests and don’t ever provide an address to send back the product just to intentionally run past the supposed 60 day return period. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! IT DOES NOT WORK and trying to get your money back is a nightmare.

This company is a complete scam! I foolishly purchased this durning the night. I called within two hours to cancel and their money back guarantee means nothing! They refused to cancel order! You will never see 100% of you money back EVER. Once you return unused portion they will give you a partial refund. It’s a total scam they will not let you cancel even after two hours. Will still mail you product and after 60 days you can try to deal with them for a partial refund!!!!!!

They are total scammers. They claim a no hassle total refund. The product doesn’t work you ask for the refund. They say Thankyou we will look into it . Then they wait past the 60 days and say you’re out of date for refund. I put in a claim with BBB and the state attorney general and the federal trade. They need to be caught. So spread the word. They have made big claims on their product and need to be responsible. If you push back they will try to make a deal like we will give you back this percent or that percent. Absolutely not they made a statement of a 100 percent no hassle total refund. I encourage everyone to make a claim with the attorney general and the federal trade commission.

I agree with all the bad reviews. Do NOT order this product. It is a total scam and they re-branded it from the Banana Drops they sold before. The will not honor refunds as described.

Total scam! Product didn’t work so I called to request a refund. Same story as so many others I see now. They offered me a 50% refund, then 70% was their final offer. The representative told me that if I didn’t accept the 70% then I would get nothing. I have been back and forth with several calls and emails and now they say that I already got my refund of 70% so they can’t do anything else. Total scam. I even spoke to a supervisor that told me that if I complained I wouldn’t get the 70% they already processed, then realized he shouldn’t have said that and tried to reword it as it may delay my partial refund. Unfortunately I also ordered supplements and those aren’t through the same scammers so I’m fighting trying to get two refunds. Run, don’t walk away from these scammers

Don't go there. I was convinced this would work. after basically being forced to purchase more than i wanted, i received my 6 bottles. one bottle in, there has been no results. was told i could get a full refund in 60 days. not true. Only in 7 days if you never opened a bottle, still have the original packaging and the nonexistent purchase invoice. {never sent one with the product} also no instructions for proper use. {had to read the fine print on the bottle with a magnifying glass}and was told there would be an app to fallow. still haven't found that. Tried to find the customer service number to call for more info and there is not one. It is a shame that these products are put out there with no recourse if the customer is not satisfied. convinced this is a scam and would advise not to believe the hype. Save your money.

Just watch the video it will tell you everything. Documentaries are all AI generated - you can see the voice is fake and lip-sync is off. Every time you pause the vid it tells you that you must hurry to watch before the video disappears! And which legitimate product needs an hour long video to prove it's authenticity? LOLOL
