Very helpful staff and quick delivery

Generally good value and service, but with two issues to report:
I ordered 200 capsules and these were delivered in a sealed envelope rather than a bottle or container which would have been preferable, although I guess this does keep costs down.
The delivery method required a signature which meant I had to be home, requiring organising a re-delivery, which was a lot of hassle - I would prefer delivery with no signature required, and would be happy to sign a waiver if required; ideally this would be an option when ordering on-line.

I am using this product as i have information from a reliable source (Charles Poloquin) that if used for long enough it tightens loose skin up after weight loss. been taking gotukola orally now for about 4 months and now on to my second bottle of gotukola infused oil, around the 6 month mark is where the magic happens so watch this space!

Excellent service

Prior to placing my order I telephoned Mountain Fresh to confirm the order would be dispatched and arrive by a certain time, I was guaranteed it would. Needless to say it was dispatched late and arrived late and when I called to complain I spoke to the same person who had reassured me it would be there on time - he flatly denied having given me any assurances and then hung up. This company are dishonest and rude - the order still has not arrived so I cannot comment on the quality but I can only imagine that given the poor service the quality is analogous. Avoid avoid avoid!

1000mg caps quite large, a lot of water needed to wash down.

Never before I have experienced a company replying within such a short period of time after any request - even on weekends and holydays. GREAT service!

It may just be me but I tend to avoid Couriers. This time it was Hermes who left a note but no contact details....second time! Mountain Fresh had good communication though.

I first ordered Lemon balm oil from Mountain Fresh via Amazon. This was a 50 ml bottle. It contained a thick colourless oil with a strong scent of lemon balm. The oil was very effective. I was so pleased with it I then ordered two 100 ml bottles, this time directly from Mountain Fresh. My review is unfortunately about these two 100 ml bottles. They arrived very quickly. However, when I opened one of the bottles I noticed that the seal was already broken (also applied to the second 100 ml bottle). The content was also very different from the content of the 50ml bottle I had originally ordered from amazon. This time, and very unlike the 50 ml bottle, the oil was very runny, did not smell at all of lemon balm and instead smelt stongly of olive oil but it was clear that it was biphasic, with some cloudy substance at the bottom of the bottle. This oil was not at all effective, leaving me thinking that the company was probably 'out of stock' when I ordered and diluted what little they had available with olive oil. I felt quite disappointed and will resort to growing my own lemon balm and making my own oil infusions in future.

The website was a little confusing and I struggled to find the right product. However I rang the company and they were very helpful. Product arrived very quickly. Happy to recommend.

My order arrived the following day, by 'to be signed for' post, which was a surprise. I thought it would be by ordinary 1st class post! My capsules were in excellent condition, as was my first order with this company, and I like the re-seal pouches, which are so much easier for me as I have a little arthritis in one hand. I would definitely order any other herbs I need from them.
