Super reliable! Always book to airport and pick up on return and cabs always on time! Helpful staff and drivers, I wouldn't book anywhere else.

It's so great to still have local cab offices, and not rely on Uber and Addlee. Great service from Mount Cars, and I will defo be using them for airport transfers from now on. Driver arrived on time and we arrived at LHR ahead of schedule. Perfect!

Sorry Mount Cars - as a long time customer I have to write a negative review.
I booked a car to The Holly Hospital. It was essential I arrive on time but the car was over 15 mins late and I had to make alternative arrangements... 15+ mins may not seem a lot, but it is when you have an appt.
On contacting the office whilst waiting, I was told the car would be with me shortly and the app said it was on its way.... but nothing turned up.. It was so stressful especially when the car was booked in advance.

This taxi office is a complete mess—zero coordination, constant delays, and outright lies. They promise a car in “5-10 minutes,” but it never shows up on time, if at all. Calling for an update is useless; they just make excuses. If you actually need to be somewhere on time, avoid this service at all costs.

I booked via Minicabit app, for a 4 am transport to Tottenham Hale, where I had to take a bus to the Airport (4:30am). Everything was confirmed the night before, so I go to sleep, only to find out at 3:30 am that my ride got CANCELLED. No one called me, I simply got a text message saying sorry there aren’t enough drivers. Surely this is something you knew the evening before? I could have made alternative arrangements to reach the airport if I knew in advance? Thankfully kind Uber drivers still exist and I made my flight on time. If it were up to Mount Cars, I would’ve missed my flight entirely. Minicabit has never disappointed me before, so this is entirely Mount Cars fault

From the booking call to the driver arriving, everything runs smoothly. My elderly mum uses Mount Cars and they are fantastic with her. Thank you.
