I have only just started using the services and already I’m impressed. I got a call as soon as I drove the motorhome away from our dealership. I then was called by Albany Bradley about setting up payment. The whole experience was very smooth and efficient. Albany explained all I needed to know and that contributed to a very positive experience. Would recommend .

Had a technical issue with my alarm not activating after a habitation check. Got through to Albany Bradley quickly, who then took me through the steps to reset the alarm. All works again!!

Have just paid my subscription for the next 2 years as I have found them excellent in providing total security for my Coachman caravan. Nicole very swiftly sorted out the issue I had with my App and I am most grateful

Over the last few months I have accidentally activated the alarm system, all due to operator error, in addition my son accidentally triggered the immobiliser accidentally. We were both impressed with the speed of the notification either by text or call. I have recently contacted MI to turn off the confirmation bleep on my Motorhome. Not ideal taking the dog out at 3 am in the morning. Liam Quinn guided me through, which at the time appeared to be rather a laborious process. In hindsight if it was simple it could be easy for hackers to change settings etc. He had the patience of a saint but we got there in the end. I have been very impressed with everybody that has helped me out over the last year in particular Liam recently. I would wholeheartedly recommend Moving Intelligence if you require a monitored vehicle security system.

Changed over the tracker after swopping to a new caravan. Liam from the technical team ran through it all over the phone and swopped over the subscription and linked it to my account. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. No issues with the product or the service given.

I have had a alarm/tracker on my caravan since I purchased it in September 2023. I have accidentally triggered the alarm on 3-4 occasions and Moving Intelligence (MI) have always responded quickly with a phone call to myself. One of these occasions, I took the caravan on a ferry and they phoned as the caravan was moving while the alarm was set! (I should have let MI know I was taking it on a ferry).
More recently, I was informed that the tracker unit may not work in all countries as it operated on 2G and was offered a upgrade option which I thought was reasonably priced. As I live on an island, MI suggested a self fit option, at a discounted price and it saved me waiting until I was on the mainland. I was told to phone MI when I was ready and they would guide me to the location of the unit and explain how to install it.
I received the upgraded a couple of days later and when I had an opportunity I phoned got through to the Tracking Support of their Technical Support section.
I was greeted by a very helpful technician who, once my identity had been confirmed, guided me through the process of changing the unit over and then tested it confirming the current location of my caravan.
This was a great example of quality & friendly customer services / support.

Excellent service from Liam Quinn this morning in checking the operation of my new tracker/immobiliser and explaining how the system works.

Excellent customer service received from Nicole Aspinall. Very informative on the call and answered every question, Nicole has very good knowledge of the Moving Intelligence products.

I rang today to activate my tracker and spoke to Nicole, who was fantastic and answered all my questions, and explained how it will work and what I needed to do. After finishing the call, I completed the registration online and in the app, all is now working.

Staff are extremely helpful and are keen to explain how everything works with great attention to detail. Thank you to Nicole for guiding me through setting up my subscription.
