Awful quality product that doesn’t look like the advert.

I’ve asked for a return but the correspondence is really sketchy and I’m not willing to spend £30 returning to their Singapore address when they were dispatched from a UK depot. I doubt I’ll actually get a refund if I return them.

No response to last two emails.

Very comfortable. Nice looking. More presentable than Skechers. Not a trail running shoe...lol. Watch their sizing chart very carefully. Not the same as Nike. I will wear them a lot.

Absolutely not barefoot shoes, narrow, not zero drop and poor quality.

This is the second email I received from the company when trying to return what look like the cheapest shoes I have ever seen (complete with little tag saying "fashion").

I ordered two pairs of barefoot shoes. Two pairs of non-barefoot shoes arrived.

When I complained the company offered me 50% of my money back and to not have to return them, or I have to pay for tracked shipping back to Singapore

I don’t mind paying the return- but the shoes have a sole a CM thick at the heel- clearly not barefoot shoes.

The shoes arrived, but were low quality and too small. Tried multiple times to contact the company but no response.

Sent shoes to replace ones that didn't fit free of charge. Avoiding the expense of overseas returns.

The company has no useful information in their "about us" company profile. I like what I see but I am not likely to a salesman that will not show his face. A friendly intro with history, locations and ownership would go a long way to ease my concerns.

This is the second pair of footwear I have bought from this company. Excellent quality and perfect for purpose.
Only criticism is that delivery time was rather long, though appreciate it was from overseas, so was anticipated.

I have read some reviews on this platform and was very surprised at so many negative reviews ! I have purchased over 5 pairs either for myself or family. Order arrived in good time shoes are great and the service when I started buying this goods has been excellent! As for the fact they are from Singapore and not UK should not make a difference, for as we all know most goods come from China !

this is one site of many run by an organisation selling these shoes. They will swap sites and will sidestep discussing any issues you have.
The products are cheaply made and under-sized.
I bought a pair from one of their sites and when they arrived they were clearly too small, despite being my normal nominal size - 2 sizes I'd say at least.
They provided an email for returns - saying they were easy.
I emailed twice and received no useful response - in fact on one of the two they had the cheek to offer me compensation of a half price voucher for a further purchase!
If you want reduced cost barefoot shoes then look elsewhere. There are some decent ones available, but I'm sticking to the likes of Xero now, their products are so much better than the cheaper ones that they prove to be the cheapest option in the long run.
