So, what should you expect from your estate agent?
...well yes, especially in terms of achieving the best price; however these should be your standard expectations of any estate agent.
You should also expect your estate agent to listen, so as to understand the motivation behind the move, and in doing so offer the best possible advice specific to your circumstances.
Your estate agent should respond in a timely fashion, provide excellent levels of communication and remain both positive and dedicated throughout the whole process.
They should remain true to the cause, telling you what you need to hear, even if at times this may not be what you were hoping to hear. Honest feedback is vital and as a straight-talking estate agency, we are here to assist people in the sale of their property and will always treat the situation with the respect it deserves.

This is the second time using Movuno to sell a house and the whole experience is made very very easy by the whole team.

From enquiring about the property to completion Olivia and the rest of the team at Movuno were superb! An efficient service with excellent regular communication really kept negotations moving forward and allowed for some hurdles to be overcome in a timely manner. I’d have no problem in recommending Olivia and Movuno if you were buying or selling a property. I can’t thank them enough.

Fantastic and Experienced Estate Agents
Movuno was able to sell our house within 2 weeks with several offers. This is the 2nd house they have sold for me efficiently and without lowering the price of the property.
They are very accommodating to all our requirements/asks and nothing is too much for them.
All the team are very helpful and the rate charged is more than fair too. I would recommend Movuno and would use them again in the future.
