Customer service team at Mow Now is appalling, unreliable and not transparent in their communication to the customer. They are dishonest in their communication as I was told my gardeners equipment had broken down hence why they cannot complete the job. The real reason was that my job was not scheduled on the gardener’s list as I confirmed directly with my gardener. Really disappointing as I have email confirmation from Mow Now the job was scheduled as originally planned. Lesson - just be honest and transparent and if you make a mistake take accountability!

Paid for gardening services and was a no show. 3 weeks later I’m chasing my refund and they are playing games. Don’t use these guys

Terrible business. Had to pay upfront, then the service was rescheduled three times. After the third no show, they offered a refund, but haven't paid the money back. Just keep getting the run around, excuse after excuse as to why the refund hasn't been processed. I shouldn't have believed the "good reviews" out there.

Save your money, time and patience and steer clear from MOW NOW. They are only good at quoting and sending you a bill, which you have to pay before they do any actual work….but then you will be lucky to get them out at the scheduled times.
Expect to make many phone calls to follow up EVERY booking since they cannot communicate or manage scheduling fortnightly jobs to automatically occur. Many excuses will also be made for the numerous no shows, errors, lack of communication and rescheduled bookings. They may even tell you the gardener decided to not do half of the day’s jobs that were scheduled and went home..... yes....really!
I cancelled my account as a result of enduring this for nearly 2 months (only 2 mows completed for what was meant to be fortnightly bookings). Now they won't leave me alone because they are so sorry for poor service and losing the account. Over the last day I have endured numerous texts, phone calls and emails begging me not to cancel. If only they had demonstrated this same dedication towards communication in the first place ..... far out!

Mow now do not care about customers, just money. It is a disorganised, customer service FAIL!

MOWNOW is very unprofessional. Their gardeners don’t know how to trim edges properly and leave parts of the lawn unattended. Highly not recommended.

Very happy with the completed lawn mowing job. Edges look great and no clipping on road. Thanks again for a job well done

Tony carried out the work on the scheduled day. The yard was very overgrown and his work left it vastly improved. I am very grateful to Tony and Mow Now for their professionalism throughout. I'll be asking for their help next time around.

Punctual, friendly and with attention to detail, Michael did a fantastic job with our lawns. He left everything neat and tidy once the job was completed, would definitely recommend.
