I paid using apple pay, and now I am being told I need to login Zotlo to cancel, but I can't even login into Zotlo (as I have never made an account) to cancel the Moyra subscription. Now I have payments going off I can’t cancel at all, and I have reached out to support multiple times with no response

It has been the most excruciatingly painful process to unsubscribe from this scam of a business. I am so drained that I cannot even detail everything I've gone through to unsibscribe, and yet I AM STILL SUBSCRIBED. It has taken 4 weeks and I am still in the same position, receiving rubbish emails and £8.90 being taken out of my account. This app is breaking EU consumer laws - The Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) & 2023 Revision specifically. Please report this company here if you are in the UK. I have just done the same. Go to the UKECC / Net website DISGUSTING. Do Not Sign up - the initial design is a trap. Everything about this business is a nasty scam. Everyone involved can go to HELL

page happened to me; I unfortunately don't usually check ratings on trustpilot, I definitely will now!
Moyra is using "dark patterns" to make it nearly impossible to unsubscribe. AND if you try to manage your subscription from their website, they tell you to check your App or Google store (doesn't work) or to go on Zotlo. They then redirect you to a "Business/Merchant" portal that shows 0 subscriptions, making you think you have nothing to cancel while they keep charging you.
TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION:
Do NOT use the link they give you. Go directly to the "account dot zotlo dot com" page (it doesn't let me submit the website but basically find the Customer Portal).
Connect there with the same email address you purchased Moyra with. Then under subscritpion you will find your account. Once found, click "Cancel Subscription" and then "Manage payment method" to delete your card entirely :) You'll be safe after that.
Shame on Moyra and Zotlo for these dishonest practices. And if it's not too late: save your money and stay away from this app!

Please don't use this app, it's horrendous. I have emailed twice to try and stop the subscription, when I go into my Google play it says I don't have a subscription, when I try sign into Moyra it says I don't have an account and doesn't recognise my email. It has taken money out of my bank account and now I am going to have to go through fraud process. I hope people read these reviews and put a stop to this awful scam. I have also emailed their support twice with no reply...the same email address they have given to anyone else who has complained on here. It's absolutely disgraceful.

Stay away from this website/app. Someone should sue them and put them out of business. They charts are also USELESS, nothing actually horoscope, just mumbo-jumbo horsepickle. You cannot delete your account or cancel your subscription. Here is a tip, if you do fall for it and you get charged $0.50 to start and then $12.99 without you consenting for the auto renew, here is how to CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION OF MOYRA.
1. Go to: account(dot)zotlo(dot)com/login?from=/account/subscriptions
2. Log in using the same email address that you used to create account on Moyra, even if you selected login via google, do the same here
3. Then go to Subscriptions tab, and cancel the freaking thing and delete your card details as well.
This was one hell of an experience and I want them to burn.

Es una estafa. El sistema de suscripción no es nada claro. Te cobran 0,50 y por detras te suscriben a una tercera empresa que se llama Zotlo y tienes que encontrar esa empresa para quitar la suscripción. Un incordio de estafadores que luego parecen a cobrar 12€. Gracias a dios, encontré la suscripción por meter este tema en la IA, que sino estaría perdido porque no aparece ninguna suscripción en Google y sin embargo cobra, Una estafa total al usuario.

I believed I was signing up for a ONE TIME horoscope review costing approximately $0.50. Instead, I was charged $10 and am somehow ONGOINGLY billed without my knowledge or consent. I DID NOT AGREE to ANY subscription or continuous billing plan. I have also not received any confirmation emails, and I am unable to access or verify the billing details associated with my account. The SHEER LACK of transparency in your app and subscription process is extremely CONCERNING. The information provided was unclear and misleading, making it difficult to understand that I was being signed up for recurring charges. I am attempting to cancel my subscription and get in contact with them so hopefully it can be cancelled.

Absolute scam. I gave no permission for a subscription- whatever they did to take the money was very well hidden and shouldn’t be allowed. I thought I was giving my email to receive a free birth chart - like many free online services but this was a TOTAL SCAM. There is no easy way to cancel, no replies to my emails requesting cancellation . These people are not to be trusted.

Deserves no stars and is clearly a scam. I bought a one-off product and then like all the others found I had been signed up to a subscription that I had not authorised. It is not appearing on my Applepay subscriptions and seems impossible to cancel
