Lieferzeiten gelogen/ Support nicht existent

Wie die meisten Kommentare hier schon auffassen kann man nur sagen, bestellt die sachen bei einem zwischen Händler, wenn ihr nicht Monate auf eure Ware warten wollt. Zu dem habt ihr ein einfacheren rücksende Service bei problemen.
Selber dumm gewesen und jetzt nur am warten das etwas passiert...

Cancelled order not cancelled

Intended to order a set of SRP2 Accelerator and brake pedals, in addition to a CRP2 Load cell clutch pedal. They appeared to work independently. The vendor advised that was not the case and offered resolutions to include refund, exchange or item cancel. Elected to cancel the entire order, as it was not standalone.

The vendor: "
Thank you for your reply. We will assist you in canceling your order. Due to CRP2 Load Cell Clutch Pedal is not compatible with the SRP2 Pedals. As a result, we are unable to provide an optimal gaming experience. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any other questions, please contact us promptly. We look forward to hearing from you."

Asked them to confirm cancellation, thanked them and mentioned being excited to receive a separate product produced by them from another Vendor.
Yesterday at 6am, was charged $300 for a product that was confirmed to not be compatible, meet my needs or be desired.

No contact after first e-mail follow up. Second sent prior to this post. If they fix this, awesome and will update.

If not, assume doing business with them will not result in any customer service assistance.

Horrible ordering process

Horrible ordering process. Ordered a wheel mid-Feb. Told it would ship by early March. 6 weeks went by, no wheel, no updates (on Mar 22nd my order still showed early Mar ship date.) I send email to customer support asking for an update. I get an almost immediate response saying "Your product has shipped" and get a UPS tracking number. That was pure B.S. Going on 3rd day and UPS still doesn't have the shipment. They printed a label so they could tell me it shipped and it's really sitting in some queue waiting for someone to fulfill the order. Had same crap happen when I ordered a wheel base few months back. Great products, horrible customer service. There are plenty of great products out there so I think I'm done with MOZA going forward.

Produit défectueux, SAV Catastrophique

Achat d'une base R9 le 10 janvier 2026. Défaut constaté dès l'utilisation, indépendant de toute installation de ma part, comme démontré par vidéo transmise au support.

Le service client a validé un ticket de retour et confirmé par écrit que la pièce serait renvoyée. 10 jours plus tard, sans aucune communication proactive, j'apprends qu'un "expert" interne a conclu à une mauvaise installation — contredisant leur propre validation.

J'ai adressé une mise en demeure formelle citant les articles L.217-3 et L.217-7 du Code de la consommation (garantie légale de conformité, 2 ans). Aucune réponse sur le fond à ce jour.

Le produit est peut-être bon. Le SAV, en revanche, pratique la validation de retour puis la rétractation sans preuve contradictoire, en espérant que le client abandonne. Ce n'est pas acceptable.

Terrible Customer Service and Unresolved Refund

Extremely disappointing experience with MOZA. Their customer service is painfully slow, and almost every time I need help, I have to send 2 or 3 follow-up emails just to get a response. That alone is frustrating enough, but the refund issue made everything much worse.

I returned 3 products, but they only refunded me for 2 of them. For the third item, they keep saying they do not have it, and because of that, they are refusing to return my money. From my side, I completed the return, yet I am still being forced to chase them for a refund that should have already been processed.

This kind of after-sales support is unacceptable. When a company takes your money quickly but becomes unresponsive and unhelpful when it is time to solve a problem, it creates serious trust issues. Customers should not have to beg for replies, send multiple emails, and fight to get back money for returned items.

Overall, this has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have had. Very poor communication, very poor refund handling, and absolutely no sense of urgency when it comes to resolving customer problems.

I do not recommend MOZA at all.

Nach 1 Jahr und 6 Tagen geht der AB9…

Nach 1 Jahr und 6 Tagen geht der AB9 flightstick kaputt während dem Fliegen.
Nach Kontakt mit dem Support wurde mir gesagt ich müsse ihn einsenden. Ob mich das ganze wieder ein halbes flugzeug kostet oder ein Garantiefall ist konnte mir nicht beantwortet werden. Bei einem Produkt dieser Preisklasse ein no go. Zurück zum alten der funktioniert seit 10 Jahren

delivery is very very very slow

I’ve been waiting over a week for my order they say you’ll get within 3-7 days, I’ve contacted there email multiple times no response, I’ve tried to contact them on there website but it’s glitched so I can’t send anything.(edit) it’s the 12 of march I ordered on Feb 26th I got 1 of my items from them 5 days ago and still waiting for my 2nd item which I ordered at the same time.still no response on any of my emails, never ordering from there website again

Order From A Dealer Instead

I ordered a Moza R12 direct from Mozaracing.com on 17/02/2026. I understand that the Chinese new year was taking place during this period, but on their website it stated that the item would dispatch in 3 days from their UK warehouse and I should allow 3-7 business days for delivery, so I waited.

On the 19th the DPD tracking updated to show 'label created', I contacted them on the 27th asking where my order was as the tracking hadn't updated. It took them 3 days to respond and tell me that the item has been dispatched and that they would expedite the delivery. I then contacted them again a few days later and they sent the same message. Today, the 5th of February, I had an email to say that they have refunded my purchase.

Not a clue if my order was actually dispatched or where it went. I'm not saying don't buy Moza products as they perform great for the money, I'm just saying avoid ordering from them directly.

Return procedure very disappointed

I requested a refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
I sent photos of the item (in this case a flightstick M16) as they asked me.
Instead of giving me an RMA number and return instructions they stopped aswering me.
I sent almost 3 email to them, no answers. Never happened to me that kind of support.

Schlechte Versendung und Support

Ich warte nun seit 2 Monaten auf mein Lenkrad. Irgendwie bekommt Moza es nicht hin, es einfach gescheit zu verschicken. Ich habe schon nach 2 Wochen warten den Support kontaktiert, weil beim Versand ein Problem aufgetreten ist. Der Support braucht anstatt den max.48h, die Moza für die Bearbeitungszeit angiebt, mind. 1 Woche! Wir sind jetzt dabei, dass Moza mir endlich mein Lenkrad zuschicken wollte; bis jetzt (1-1,5Wochen später) hab ich aber immer noch keine neuen Infos bezüglich der erneuten Sendung erhalten. Kauft lieber über euren Händler des Vertrauens anstatt auf dieser Mistwebsite mit schlechtem und extrem langsamen Support!!!!

High Quality

The High score is first off all for their Products (you get much for your money compared to other similar products), i ended up buying the hole bundle for Rally setup incl CM2 Dash directly from Moza (also added a KS wheel now). But If i should point a finger at anything it will be that they are quite slow sending out their product from their Warehouse (it can take up to a week+-) and they send to much random auto generated information when contacting customer support as to avoid getting further questions :)

Angegebene Tage bis die Bestellung…

Angegebene Tage bis die Bestellung ankommt 4-7 Tage ist ja auch ok aber das nach dem Tag 8 sich überhaupt nichts getan hat keine Email das es sich verspätet oder auf suport Anfragen geantwortet wird ist frech und sollte bei einem ja angeblich so hoch gelobten händler nicht passieren.

Unresponsive customer service

I submitted a ticket to inquire about a few items so I could get the information I needed before making a purchase. After an entire month of silence, the company still couldn’t be bothered to respond. Today, I opened my email only to see a message claiming I was unresponsive and that my ticket was being closed. How am I supposed to respond when no one ever reached out or provided any clarity in the first place?
At this point, I strongly recommend avoiding this company’s website altogether and using a reseller instead. Apex Racing, for example, actually responds and answers questions promptly. The way Moza’s customer service handled this situation genuinely has me questioning whether I made a mistake buying their product if this is how they treat their customer base.

£800+ order been ignored and tracking info fake

I placed an order on Sunday for a wheel, base, pedals, clutch, handbrake, sequential shifter, f1 wheel and brake performance kit. My tracking info brings up pet store products which again they have ignored. Nearly a week on, moza are yet to ship my items (which are all in stock) and haven’t responded to me with an update on what’s happening, I will be getting a refund if I don’t receive my order by Tuesday next week as per their delivery timelines from order. No help, worried I might’ve been rug pulled. Avoid, go buy second hand or stick to thrustmaster who seem more reliable.

Disappointed

My overall experience with MOZA has been disappointing. I placed my order at the beginning of January, but after several weeks of waiting, I received an empty package. I contacted customer support multiple times and, at first, they offered a partial refund. However, this option was later ignored, and I was told that a replacement would be sent instead. Unfortunately, the entire process has now taken more than six weeks, and I still have not received the product. While MOZA’s products are known for their quality, the customer service I experienced was slow and lacked clear communication. I expected much more from a company with such a strong reputation in the sim racing community

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Do NOT use this company delivered my sons Christmas present to another address after waiting for the confusing delivery for weeks. The package was left at someone else's address outside and stolen. Won't refund and have had to issue a pre- arbitration with Visa and they are still asking for information. It obvious that they delivered elsewhere with the signed by name and the screen grab they sent shows it was delivered to another premise but still won't refund. Do Not ise them taken over £400 and I am struggling to get refunded. Cowboy of a company!

WARNUNG vor diesem Unternehmen!

Das Unternehmen ist maximal unseriös. Am 19.1. habe ich eine AB9-Base mit Halteplatte bestellt und am gleichen Tag aus privaten Gründen die Bestellung ordnungsgemäß widerrufen. Keine Bestätigung des Widerrufs. Stattdessen erfolgte am 23.1. der Versand und eine einzige Reaktion von Moza, dass der Versand sich nicht verhindern ließ (4 Tage später, ernsthaft?). Ich habe die Pakete nicht angenommen und zurückgehen lassen und zig mal gemailt und Moza jeweils über meine Schritte informiert. Es erfolgt absolut KEINE Reaktion auf irgendein Anliegen und auch KEINE Rückerstattung von 572 Euro. Ich habe das nun meinem Kreditinstitut zur Rücklastschrift übergeben. Der Kundenservice ist miserabel, solche Unternehmen gehören - schönes Produkt hin oder her - vom Markt.

Produkt TOP - Kundenservice FLOP

Hallo, ich schreibe selten eine Bewertung aber hier musste ich mich melden.
Es gibt auch positives zu berichten wenn dieses auch nur sehr kurz ausfällt.

Also das Produkt ansich ist TOP aber der Kundenservice fragwürdig.
Ich habe ein Lenkrad eine Base und Pedale bestellt.
Das Lenkrad kam defekt an, hab mir dabei nichts gedacht und den Kundenservice direkt kontaktiert.
Hier fängt der Spaß dann auch schon an,
ich wurde gebeten das Lenkrad zurück zu schicken damit und jetzt haltet euch fest
"sie es reparieren können" ich meine *hust*.
Ich hab kein Kaputtes und dan repariertes Produkt haben wollen,
ich habe ein NEUES bestellt und würde dieses auch gern so haben.
Versteht mich nicht falsch sowas kann immer mal vorkommen aber wer will so viel Geld zahlen
für etwas was von Anfang an nicht funktioniert hat.

Versetzen Sie sich mal in meine Lage und der Kunde schickt ihnen nur die Hälfte des Geldes?
Da würden Sie sich auch nicht gerade freuen,
und dann auch noch ständig Email verkehr haben damit man etwas bekommt wofür man schon die Leistung erbracht hat.
Die Bestellung wurde auch mit dem "VOLLEN PREIS" bezahlt und nicht mit einem Teil.

Jetzt sitze ich hier und habe ein "MOZA Produkt" das ich nicht benützen kann und spiele mit einem XBOX Controller.
Enttäuscht auf voller Länge, da ich mir dachte "ach bestell beim Hersteller" dort wird es viel besser ablaufen als wo anders.
Naja...

Moza Kundenservice Bodenlos

Moza Bauteile für einen Sim sind Top, der Kundenservice und Versand ist bodenlos. Macht niemals den Fehler und bestellt bei Moza direkt. Immer über einen Zwischenhändler. Ich warte mittlerweile über 1 Monat auf meine Wheelbase, trotz anfragen beim Support oder per Mail keine vernünftige Hilfe.

Harto de que nos tomen por tontos. Presentan nuevos productos y los ponen a la venta pero no los tienen hechos. En serio?? 3 meses para que quizá me llegue mi nuevo aro, eso sí, el dinero ya pagado. Vamos, que primero la pasta y si vemos que nos va bien, ya si eso os hacemos los volantes.
Te dan ganas de pasarte a otras marcas, incluso a Fanatec.
