The two sims arrived in the morning and our numbers were changed a few hours later . Getting a better coverage than I was with O2.

Was sent 3 eSIM QR codes which wouldn't work so i was sent a SIM in the post the next day which worked. Was a bit stressful not being able to use my new phone but whenever i rang i didnt have to wait long for someone to answer and everything else i.e. ordering, receiving my new phone and keeping my number was seemless.

It was simple and a trouble free transaction with excellent telephone and WiFi reception

The process was quick and easy and no dramas. I was on the Three Network via SMARTY and well when it came upgrading my phon they refused although credit rating was excellent and never faulted on any payments. They stated I could try again in 90 days but I would rather go where I am valued and MOOZILLION made me feel my custom was welcome and valued. Fast delivery and no issues to report. So far so good. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Really easy to change provider & the signal is so much better & cheaper than my previous provider. No issues at all & kept informed all the way along.

Abysmal service...after signing up for Mozillion's £22 p/m "Unlimited" package , I got a formal warning when my data downloads approached 500GB two weeks into my first month, and connection was then blocked the following day with no refund offered. £22 for just 16 days service is an absolute joke!

Update to Mozillion's reply - I've been completely *disconnected* after 16 days, not just limited download speeds. Zero service!

Monzillion offer an excellent and affordable service which includes roaming. Their staff respond promptly to any requests and in a polite and friendly manner. I strongly recommend Monzillion!

Exceptional customer service. Requested a replacement eSim using their dashboard, called them requesting them to expedite the request, spoke to Laura without any waiting, and the replacement eSim turned up by email within a couple of minutes. Quick & easy!
