Placed my order for $31 and received my confirmation number on May 2020. To date, STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED my order. Emailed /contacted them TWICE with no response!!! Total scam ! Do not use this site !

They never handled my order. The order is just processing for over a week. They refunded me, but I wonder what they're doing in the mean time. Seems they had no interest in actually shipping my item. Something fishy is going on, for sure.

Horrible quality. I ordered metallic markers that were NOTHING LIKE THE POST ON INSTAGRAM. I am so upset.

i ordered a product on April 26th, and now June 5th I still have not received the item. I have sent two emails to them requesting a refund and they have not written anything back to me. complete scam, my fault for not looking at reviews.

Everything is shipped out of China. Something I had no knowledge of before placing the order. They sent out a tracking number quickly. But for weeks the tracking has not changed. No idea when I will receive my order. They will not communicate with you. I had to file a dispute through Paypal. And Paypal is now trying to communicate with them with no luck.

I wish I would have reviewed this site before placing an order.

It has been 6 weeks and not delivery and worse is that their customer service is non responsive.

I will not order again from this company...

Item arrived eventually and does not work at all. Very poor quality. Not holding my breath for a refund although I have contacted them. Watch this space!

This is a scam website. They take your money, do not send any confirmation and never answer you after that.

Ordered packing cubes in March 2019 for a trip in July 2019. It is now September and the packing cubes have NEVER ARRIVED. I think this company is a scam.

Great experience with Moznex! I ordered the wrong size workout shorts and customer service has been very helpful with getting me the correct size. I’ll definitely order from them again and will recommend them to others.

Great experience on Moznex. I have bought with them several times and everything arrived in no time. Besides, the last time I've bought with them I inserted my address totally wrong and the product returned to seller. When I contacted support, they dispached product to me again imediatelly with no charges. Thanks a lot!

I Ordered a photography glass sphere April 6th. It is May 2nd and I haven’t heard anything from them. I used PayPal and they were quick to take the money. But, I can’t even track my order because they never sent an email with a confirmation number to track; which is required on their site to track anything.
I have tried to correspond with them 2 times and both (shocker) went I responded to. At this point I just want my effing money back. AVOID THIS SITE. It is a scam!!!!! Go to amazon.
DO. NOT. USE. MOZNEX. EVER.

I ordered to this website 2 seamless thermal inner wear set in skin colour, I received it and I wore it but I’m sodisappointed about the quality!!!

The leggin after the first day of wearing was completely tapered on one leg, I wore the second one and then the same story!!! I didn’t do anything special I just wore them under my pant!!!! And the undershirt is too small for the size S :( and the size S is what I’m wearing for my underwear...

So I’m really not happy because I already bought the same type of item in other brand and I never had a problem at all!!! So good commercial for bad quality, don’t buy in this website because no reply to my complaint and I spent 30 USD for that!!!
