MP Estate Planners were simpathetic to our needs. They listened and explained the process, and each step that we will need to take to set up a Will and Living Trust. Answered all our questions and were very patient. Caring and compassionate. Very supportive and offered to help with any queries or issues we had along the way. I felt comfortable with attaining them as our Estate Planners after the previous research I had done before making our decision. Thank you all. It has been a wonderfully supported experience. I would be more than happy to refer friends and family to MP Estate Planners. Sunshine from London

Such a good experience
Such a good experience. Wouldn’t have a bad thing to fault about the team. They’re super friendly and helpful that’s exactly what I was looking for

Red Flags!
Based on this company’s rave reviews on Google we consulted with them for estate planning advice. They convinced us to go down the Trust route (no other option was really given), and then were going to charge around £6,000 to set up a very basic trust for a relatively low value (<£500,000) estate. They were very quick to take the money and then things turned a bit sour when we said we wanted more time to think about it and would like a refund whilst we were undecided. Also did not reply to an email asking why they required a certain ID document. Massive red flags towards the end of the process.

If no work has been completed and no documents have been prepared, we always refund clients without hesitation. Where work has been carried out — such as estate planning advice, tailored recommendations, or preparation of legal documents — any request for a refund is considered fairly, based on the progress made, as clearly outlined in the signed Letter of Engagement.
We also want to acknowledge that trust planning is a significant and sometimes complex decision. It’s never our intention to rush anyone or make them feel pressured, and we’re sorry if you felt that way during the process. Our goal is always to provide sound advice and guidance.
