I've found a reliable and competent gas engineer company at last!
After my previous Homecare Service with another company. I can't tell you enough how pleased I am with all MPW's engineers who have helped me with my heating and boiler problems. I now feel I have found a company that has my complete confidence. I cannot praise them more highly.

MPW reacted unbelievably quickly to my call and I was very impressed with Ben, who got to work straight away. What a very courteous young man he is, empathetic with our health situation, and he talked me through each step of his work.

Fantastic service!
Contacted MPW yesterday after a recommendation from a local Facebook group.
Spoke to Kelly at the office who arranged for an engineer to be with me that afternoon.
I then got a call from Kelly who said another engineer (the MD in fact) was in the area and could take a look within the hour.
That engineer visited and diagnosed the problem and ordered the part.
A couple of hours later another engineer arrived and fitted the part. Absolutely amazing service and very friendly bunch of people!

I wanted a water presue valve and gage…
I wanted a water presue valve and gage moved to accommodate a suspended ceiling. the plumber advised me it couldn't be fitted on the double bent angle end. and suggested an alternative. which suited well.

Replacement of water heater
Great service from MPW when replacing our 20+ year old water heater. Completed in a day, including some rerouting of pipework as well as replacing the water heater. Kept us informed throughout, explained the new heater and made sure water throughout house was running normally. Would highly recommend MPW.

Excellent service for an emergency plumber.
We needed an emergency plumber this afternoon and MPW group were able to get one out to us within the hour and on a bank holiday no less. The plumber (Josh) was excellent, very friendly and definitely knew his stuff! He fixed our issue in no time.

First Class Service
Dealing with the sale of a late relative's property in Wales, four hours away, is difficult enough. Throw in a leak from the toilet in the bathroom upstairs and it could have been disastrous! My husband found MPW Group and called them out. They arrived promptly and completed what was required efficiently at a competitive price. We were very grateful for their reliability and professionalism. Thank you!

I had an emergency with my toilet
I had an emergency with my toilet. I rang the company and they were friendly and very helpful. They were also upfront with the price of the call out. Someone was here within two hours and sorted the problem quickly and efficiently.
