Avoid! Awful experience. I placed an order with this company at the beginning of November. I was told by them there was a problem with delivery so I requested a replacement or refund to be sent. After numerous emails with still no replacement sent I asked for a full refund. Since then I have been completely ignored. Funny how they could reply to me until I asked for the full refund. I have had to go through PayPal to get my money back after nearly a month of asking for a refund from them.
Shocking customer service. I would advise everyone to go elsewhere because if there is a problem with your order this company is completely incapable of handling it.
I wonder if I’ll get a reply from them on here!
