If this is the same mr blanc that sell from look fantastic , boots and Superdrug I’m absolutely amazed. Only been using it for 3 days and my teeth look 3 shades whiter and even my bf noticed , I’ve spent £100 + on products that are mainly advertised by social media influencers and had no luck , I spend £5 on the strawberry whitening toothpaste from look fantastic and I get instant results I just cannot believe it . So so impressed 🫶🏽

Worst online experience ever. Received an open box containing 2 tubes of Oral B whitening toothpaste? WHaaAt!? Have emailed them numerous times, posted under their Insta account - nothing back. Nice packaging & graphics do not a product make. If Mr Blanc Teeth sends out Oral B whitening toothpaste, and can’t respond to any communications about lack of their own product then I would be SERIOUSLY WARY about using this toothpaste if their ordering and customer service integrity is so desperate.

I ordered the teeth whitening strips on the 17th December and have still not received the order, I have emailed 4 times, messaged on Twitter and Instagram, phoned 3 times left a voicemail and still not heard anything back. I got an email saying it had been shipped but I haven’t received anything, am I going to receive this order or can I have my money back?

I know a service is horrible when I feel the need to write an opinion to warn other people.

I made an order with Mr BlancTeeth through their website. Shortly, I received an update saying the order was shipped on the 28th of May.

2 weeks passed and I tried to reach out to them.
I emailed twice.
I filled the contact form on the website.
I messaged on FB twice.
Commented on Instagram.
I'm not in the UK, but I CALLED. No one picked up, I was on hold waiting for customer support for 1 min and a half and the call just ended saying there was no one there to take my call. It was 10 am on a business day, the lines open at 8 am.

I finally decided to start making a negative review on their site on every item saying I didn't receive my order.
They had 9 products at the time, I reviewed a total of 6 and was contacted via Facebook. So I'm going to say this is the ONLY way of getting their attention, otherwise, you'll be out of product AND Money.

I even asked if they knew where the package was, they had no idea. How was I supposed to receive shipping updates if THE COMPANY doesn't even know where the package is?

I have now been issued a refund for the order I never got, it's been a full month. I'm waiting for the refund to reach my account. Let's hope that happens.

Love mr Blanc but the express just didn’t work.

Parfait pour les personnes aux dents et gencives sensibles cependant le produit n’est pas très efficace, on ne gagne pas 3 teintes et le gel a beaucoup de mal à partir

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. 3 emails were ignored over a long period and my Facebook message was also left ignored.

I have a faulty product of theirs which is in no way usable and they dont seem to care at all. Avoid!!

Bought it for teeth whitening and in the end it helped reduce pain in my teeth. I would usually have pain eating sweets on my back teeth but since I have these toothpastes the pain is gone and I can peacefully eat sweets again 😍 absolutely love it!!

Mr Blanc charcoal toothpaste & pro has really improved my teeth, they are whiter & hasn’t made my teeth feel sensitive at all during or after using both of them.

I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks for my purchase. I still hasn’t shipped!!
