My dream trainer was the Travis Scott Air Jordan 1 Low Medium Olive. So I finally took the plunge i looked at numerous providers but decided on Mr Browns. I liked the website and the personal story. I ordered on Sunday and was wearing in Tueaday. Awesome. I even received a complimentary email welcoming me to the club. Will now be a regular customer for mine and my families trainers. Ordered 3pm thursday and sent a message about if they would arrive next day, got a phone call telling me they were in hand and would be posted next day! Just arrived perfect double boxed!

Item not delivered and having to fight for a refund 10 days later. Terrible customer service, they are avoiding me. The company has terrible ethics. Never again.

Slight wear on the package seal and could have used better protective packaging as it’s for a collection but otherwise excellent.

I paid for a PlayStation 5 with express delivery and a week later it hasn't been dispatched. I have contacted them by email numerous times so I've had to contact my bank to get my money back. Worst company I've ever dealt with, especially as it was almost a £500 order. Absolute disgrace.

Couldn’t find these trainers anywhere. Was reluctant to buy from a company I’d not heard of but I needed have been. Arrived super quick and was just as expected if not better. After a woeful experience with Nike customer service I’m delighted with Mr Browns exclusive and would definitely use again.

Second purchase from this gem of an independent store. Bought some Pop Mart collectibles which arrived damaged in the post. I've never known a company to be as responsive as this one.
