Ordered brushes from web site stating delivery in a few days, but after no delivery contacted by email, no reply, further 6 emails and 3 weeks still no reply. Contacted PayPal and opened case..He responded to PP with a delivery tracking, brushes received after 22 days. Stay clear of this sham artist.

i ordered 2 sets of brushes on 1st july, from the sellers own website, hadnt received by 10th so emailed direct and had no reply.
fortunately i had paid with paypal so i opened a case with them on the 12th july. the seller sent 2 sets of brushes to me on the 16th after the paypal prompt but both sets were wrong so i still didnt get the correct items, i wish i,d seen this sellers feedback before buying. i read that he has a winding up order from 2015 yet he is still trading, i have no doubt that he wouldnt have sent anything if i hadnt reported to paypal. AVOID.

Ordered Qualcast vac / blower brushes. Received Erbauer brushes. Returned brushes and never heard from Mr Edwards again.

Please do not pay this guy for anything, you will not recieve anything. He will sometimes answer your concerns with "i will look tomorrow" or " i will post tomorrow" inevitably you will get NOTHING-NADA. A complete Ar-eh-le who has no intentions of fulfilling his obligation. No matter he has had your money, who cares know one else does. He's happy taking your hard earn't money and laughing in your face. Nearly two years i have tried to get a set of brushes "that are paid for",to no avail. Just keeps saying, " i will send tomorrow. Which indicates he knows what he is doing. RIPPING US OFF. DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE.

Ordered a part for an electric plane. No order delivered and no reply from company regarding missing order after several emails. Looked company up on companies house, this company is registered as dissolved!! Will be reporting this company to trading standards and companies house.

I ordered a set of brushes from Mr Carbon Brush's website for a Titan Chainsaw; they did not arrive. I contacted Mr Carbon Brush, but they did not respond.

I ordered a second set from what appeared to be another company trading on Ebay. A set of brushes arrived from Mr Carbon Brush, together with a letter asking customers to contact them directly if there were any problems and not to write any bad reviews.

The brushes supplied did not fit; they appeared to have been intended for a different application and looked to have been hand-sanded to an approximate size. They were connected to the brass terminal by wire only one quarter the thickness of the original and the (obviously hand-made) solder connection between the wire and the terminal on one brush had not been made correctly and came apart (a 'dry joint').

As an Electrical Engineer for nearly 40 years, it is my opinion the brushes supplied to me by Mr Carbon Brush were not fit for purpose and were DANGEROUS TO USE.

This guy is a complete and utter ignoramus.... He sent some brushes in very quick time but they were the wrong ones, tried several times to contact him to no avail.... Then i phoned him and he was rude and abusive to me...... Still no brushes 4 weeks later...... Persuing money back from PayPal....... DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMER

I ordered stanley fatmax brushes for my fme 811 grinder. I received perfect set within three days to Belfast. Grinder working. Good customer service and I am very happy with the price. Donal 2021 March.

Gave every detail needed so I get the right brushes got sent wrong ones then communication to get replacements was poor or no existent after 2 weeks of trying I gave up and cut my losses 👎

Failed to deliver brushes, and compete lack of communication. Reclaimed payment from PayPal, successfully. Rating 1 star only because it is the minimum available. Do not do business with this lot!

Zero stars. Scammers. They do not reply to the e-mail, do not answer phone calls, do not give money back for the return of the product that I did not order.

Scammer! I ordered carbon brush set on 22/11/2020 expecting swift delivery as promised on their website.
Nothing arrived. When I sent text message to chase up I received text stating that had been sent by first class mail. By mid December still nothing arrived so sent email but got no reply. I am now seeking refund from my credit card company.

Ordered 22nd Dec with a delivery date of 29th. Arrived by 1st class mail on 24th. Haven't fitted them yet but are identical to my worn out ones. No complaints and the service was top rate as far as I am concerned.

I bought carbon brushes for einhell tool. they never arrived. Sent 4 emails, sms or messages though all contact options, received no answer. please contact your bank, if we all demand our money back we will crush this scammer. do it within 5 months from purchase.

Paid for carbon brushes and post. Received nothing sent 2 emails no answer. Feeling skanked by a disreputable trader. 0/10

Bought brushes for my chop saw because it said on their site that the brushes did not use the thin cheap wires as found on cheap brushes, when they arrived they were just that, the wires on my original brushes was over twice as thick, my say kept tripping the main switch on the fuse board when I put the new brushes in but when I tried the old ones again the saw works fine, I contacted Mrcarbonbrush not once but twice to either send the proper brushes or refund me to which I did not even receive a reply to my messages, I am a fair person and give this company a fair chance to make this issue right before writing this review to which they did not even try, appalled by a big company like this not even replying to my messages, its a disgrace!

I ordered new brushes for my Hilka angle grinder on the 13th June and received them this morning 17th June, they are in now and my grinder is back working again, thank you. Good service,great price 100% satisfied.

No reply to two emails or a message left via the 'support button' on their website. The return address is only a PO box number. Their post code doesn't show up on Google maps. All very suspicious.

Ordered carbon brushes here on 28th. April, fortunately they were not very expensive, details such as model and part number were accurate according to manufacturers website. Unfortunately no brushes arrived. I emailed Mrcarbonbrush and had a quick response saying item was posted first class. After another few days when brushes failed to arrive I emailed again, this time there was no response.
My mistake:- I should have read the reviews before purchasing, unfortunately the majority of them mirror my experience.
