Very pleased packed well great service

I still haven’t received my t-shirt yet I paid £11 for next day delivery 6 days ago and still haven’t received my T-shirt it’s a disgrace

I ordered 2 items on Thursday with next day delivery and still haven’t received them? I emailed customer service and have had no response?

The customer service was amazing, royal mail had made an error and this company went out of their way to ensure I received by delivery by offering a replacement. Will definitely be using this company again

Would not recommend ordered my item on Sunday for Royal Mail special delivery next day guaranteed and paid extra still not received my item and it’s not been dispatched,item was meant for holiday also emailed company twice no reply AVOID using I will be trying to claim compensation for my delivery will not be using again.

Ordered a Casa Blanca tee size S, however was sent an XS, requested a refund and didn’t hear anything back. emailed 4 times before I got a response giving me a PO Box of where to send it back too. Not only did they send me the wrong order I had to pay to send it back. customer service is terrible don’t reply to any emails had to threaten to take it further action which then then replied and issued the refund. - Don’t bother get em off another website.
