We ordered champagne on Aug 5, they debited my card and to this day we still have no news for our order and I noticed on our account that we ordered also over $700 of champagne in may of 2021 which was never fulfilled. This is unacceptable and dishonest. I will definitely report this as a scam to the better business bureau and to my bank.

This site is a scam, bought a wine 1 month ago, never received. They refuse to dispatch or return my money. A total absurd.

My wine arrived fairly quickly and I love that I get to use rewards and they always send me discounts codes as well. They have a great selection of wine!

What is less than 1 star. This is a con. They don’t have anything they “sell”. A month later and no response I had to declare fraud on my card

Website features wines that they do not actually have in stock. I’m guessing it is used to bait you in to an inevitable, “we do not have that wine you specifically searched for and purchased, but let me suggest a different wine you weren’t looking for instead!” The best part is having to wait days after your order has been placed and money taken out of your bank account for you to be told the wine is not in stock. They are unwilling to work with their vendors to restock. Overall, very unprofessional experience and will not be using their services again.
