I was a little unsure to order or not based on reviews here so I just did a small order to start (half of what I needed). Arrived within 6 working days (in the UK), everything came just as described on the website: ration packs, FRHs and mess tins. Really great value, no idea what the negative reviews are about. Have ordered a second time to get the other half of my items and look forward to them arriving. Highly recommend, thank you!

I just recieved my order from them, took 3 weeks to ship and in that time he never responded to any of my emails and I also messaged him on Facebook asking for an update there aswell with no reply there either, he didn’t ship like 3 of the things I ordered and waited until I emailed him again stating I’d be contacting my bank if I don’t get an answer to why I didn’t receive the items I didn’t, he responded instantly to that email telling me that he will refund it right away and that because of my “tone” in the email and that I apparently threatened him with calling my bank he didn’t want to do business with me anymore and told me he wouldn’t accept anymore orders from me. He seems highly unprofessional and I wouldn’t order from that website. All I wanted was an update and he couldn’t even give me that in a three week timeframe

I will also note that the canned goods arrived heavily dented and the bags are well worn due to him just throwing them in a box and shipping them with no cushioning. He refunded two of my items but I bought a case of 10 Lithuanian mres and he only sent me 9

All the bad reviews on here are right. DO NOT answer emails get postage wrong so you have to pay it.
With any luck they will go belly up if people stop buying from them. MRE UK are miles better take my word for it stay well away from mre empire.

Thieves, they did not send my order, but took my money and will not reply to emails about it but they do reply if I want to buy more. 200$

Great experience with MREmpire! Bart managed to find a specific ration I was looking for so kudos to him. Will definitely use them again.

It’s been over a week since I purchased and my order still has not even been updated or shipped. I emailed them for an update and there has been no response. Don’t order from their website. If you already fell for the scam, contact your bank for a chargeback. You won’t receive what you ordered. Stick with MRE Mountain or EBay.

Update: finally received a response. They asked if I wanted to wait until Monday to have my items shipped or have the order canceled. I stated that I would prefer to receive the items I paid for, they canceled my order anyways and I suspiciously began receiving a multitude of spam emails.

The company is clearly a scam, I sent a letter to them about delivery to my country, I never received a response.

I ordered a British 24 hour ration Oct 23rd..sent an email at the end of Nov. with order # and wondering about my order. Its now Jan 1st 2023, no reply to email and no order yet! Absolutely will never order another thing from this company.

My shipment went out on 16 May. Was through US customs on 25 May UPS never received. Customs said it went out the door. I’ve been emailing MRE-Empire for 3 months and no reply. UPS has an investigation open, but MRE-Empire will not respond to UPS either.

Service and email communication with MRE Empire was good. Shipping and tracking was all right.

A note to U.S.A. customers. U.S. Customs seized a huge part of the order. They seized the entire Ukraine Mystery pack and all mains, sides in the other rat packs. Beyond the control of MRE Empire, but be aware.
June 29, 2022. Edit to add, UPS hit me with a $25.00 fee for Customs processing. This is in addition to the shipping I had all ready paid. Beware.

Before I even begin, I’d like to say the shipping time isn’t the main problem for me. The lack of response is. First off, if you’re waiting for a package you may not even want to bother emailing them. I sent not one but two emails about 1 MONTH ago (one on their website, the other about a week later at their official sales email to cover bases) and they never replied to either. I’ve been waiting on my packages since MARCH. I wasn’t even rushing them as I was willing to wait however long it took. I literally just wanted to know if my package was still in the warehouse even though it says it shipped months ago or if customs has it and I need to take up my concerns with them. Guess I’ll never know where either of my packages are. I get being busy, but ignoring customers for weeks has no excuse. Especially when during those weeks I see you spend time to update your website with new products. Update: If you have a great experience with this company, and I’m sure many will, that’s great. I did in the past as well. But, I still don’t have my packages, a reply to my concerns, or a tracking number to even be able to email usps (although I will say they are upfront about the No tracking, so that’s on me) and at this point I’ll just chock it up to customs and move on whether that’s true or not. Bottom line, respond to customers please. You could tell me my package fell to the bottom of the ocean and I wouldn’t hold it against you. I’d just like to know.

Been waiting for my package for three weeks now, send an email at week 2 wondering when they're gonna send it and got no reply.
Pretty poor service.
4 weeks now, another email and still nothing. This is absolutely horrendous. Never ordering here again.

No shipping after two and a half weeks. No notification. Order cancelled by them within seconds after I left a poor show comment on their website.

Great company. Subscribed too and you do not get bombarded with emails. Just stock and price cimmunications which have helped me source some great MRE's at very good prices.
Friendly service and dispatch times are incredible. Same day for my order and it was made late in the evening. Delivery service was great experience with UPS too.

Have bought many rations from MRE Empire. Rations are always packaged well and as described with a great selection to choose from.
