After specifying my requirements, I received regular emails allowing me to view available apartments in great detail. When I found one I liked, I was able to set up a convenient appointment to view it in person. They then facilitated the execution of the lease contract and provided the Wohnungsgeberbestaetigung required to register the apartment in Munich. Throughout the process, they were extremely responsive to my questions and requests, and made procuring the apartment as painless as possible.
