Watch out....this is not a Dutch company like it said!
When you need service etc you have to contact China. I ordered the wrong size so wanted to send it back and change it. Sending to China cost +80 euro so make no sense and Mr. Modwatch is only interested in your money not in helping you as a customer.

My boyfriend never got a watch
My boyfriend never got a watch.
When we try to reach customer service, we do not get a response. Now he says we have to pay for a watch we never had. We are definitely going after this because we are not going to pay so much for something we have not had. Very bad company. I would never order here if I were you! DHL says it was delivered while my boyfriend has a text message on his phone that it was sent back! If only we knew which DHL point it had been delivered, we could have picked it up. However, we never got this Information.

Thank you for your review, and sorry to hear about the issue. According to DHL, the package was delivered to a pickup point and not collected in time, which can result in it being returned. We understand this is frustrating, especially if the notification wasn’t clear.

Jammer dat ik niet 0 sterren kan geven. Horloges worden rechtstreeks vanuit China geleverd. Echt Chinese troep. Bandjes piepen en kraken zoals de horloges op de kermis doen. Ging dus ook snel stuk en er staat wel 2 jaar garantie op hun site maar dit is feitelijk 0…

Jammer om te horen dat je deze ervaring hebt gehad. We kunnen je bestelling helaas niet terugvinden, maar bij ons worden alle horloges handmatig geassembleerd met originele Seiko-uurwerken en hoogwaardige materialen. Onze klanten waarderen juist de kwaliteit en afwerking van de horloges.
Mocht je daadwerkelijk bij ons besteld hebben en ergens tegenaan lopen, neem dan gerust contact op, we staan altijd klaar om mee te denken.

Horloge gekocht
Horloge gekocht, horologeband zit echt heel los. Als je een paar schakels eruit wilt halen gaat dat heel moeilijk. Ze zitten vast met gelijmde schroeven (ik citeer een juwelier). Ook een revieuw geplaatst op de website maar die is niet zichtbaar? Alleen 4&5 sterren zijn zichtbaar.

Bedankt voor je bericht. Wat jammer om te horen dat je dit zo hebt ervaren. De schakels van onze horloges zijn met schroefjes bevestigd, niet gelijmd. Soms kunnen ze wat strak zitten door productieresidu, maar een juwelier kan dit normaal gesproken eenvoudig aanpassen.
Wat betreft de review: we publiceren ook reviews met lagere sterren, mits ze voldoen aan de richtlijnen (zoals taalgebruik en inhoud). Als je ons je ordernummer stuurt, kijken we graag met je mee en zorgen we voor een passende oplossing.
