I purchased several items from Mr Porkamo and the order was delivered on 3rd December 2025. One of the items did not fit so I contacted them to return the item. I dealt with Andrea. There is no returns procedure in place with this company for items that are premium and expensive. You have to arrange everything yourself. A poor level of service given that you are purchasing premium items.

Andrea told me to return the item but no further details of what courier to use. So I used Royal Mail. The item was returned to them on 4th December 2025. The courier tried to deliver the parcel back to this company on 23rd December but it stated on the tracking service there was no one at Mr Porkamo to accept the parcel. A card was left at their address to inform Andrea/Mr Porkamo to make arrangements to collect the parcel. It was held by their postal services. I contacted Mr Porkamo on 5th January 2026 informing Andrea the parcel needed to be collected. She replied to me on the 8 January 2026 that she had personally gone to the post office to collect the parcel but they informed her the parcel had been returned to the sender i.e. ME! Strange that the tracking still showed the parcel was being held for collection and suddenly changed after Andrea went to collect it.

It is now 31st January and I am still waiting for the parcel to be re-delivered to me. There is no further update on the progress of the parcel online since 8th January 2026. I have no goods and consequently have lost the money I paid for the item I have returned.

After contacting Andrea and asking her to go and collect the parcel from their post office, Andrea had the audacity to state in one of her emails to me I should have used DHL or UPS to return the item to them. But at no time did she advise me to use DHL or UPS when I informed her I needed to return an item.

I believe this company is well practiced at shirking their responsibilities if you need to return items after purchasing them from their website.

Andrea has stated in emails ‘don’t worry we will fix this’. My advice ‘DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM’. They take you money at warp speed but should there be an issue with any items in your order THERE IS NO RETURNS SERVICE AND YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR REFUND!!!!

Avoid purchasing from this company at all costs. I will be contacting Royal Mail to see if they can ascertain where the parcel is? BUT I will also be contacting the European Consumer Rights Group opening a case and reporting Andrea/Mr Porkamo. They obviously repeat their behaviour for any returns - see Jeff’s review below absolutely the same treatment as I have received. They have no intention of refunding your money should you return items to them. I am also going to contact Kiton head office as I am a client from their shop in Rome and I will be alerting them to the treatment and lack of service being provided by this company selling their clothes! And if I have to I will also be posting on Social Media to alert others to the abysmal service I have received from Andrea and Mr Porkamo!

I have sent Andrea an email stating that for a company selling premium items they should have adequate returns services in place. She replied ‘don’t worry there are no problems for your next orders’. Andrea do you really think anyone is stupid enough to place another order with you or your company when you do not support returns or REFUND them????

PLEASE PLEASE ANYONE OUT THERE WANTING TO PURCHASE ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY…”DON’T! Should you wish to return anything you will be wasting your time and losing your money!

UPDATE 3rd February 2026
It is now 2 months since I returned this item to Mr Porkamo - still no further updates on the online tracking system! As you can see from their reply below I am still receiving messages from them promising to deal with this situation but delivering nothing! How long do
Mr Porkamo/Andrea/Ferdinando another contact who has sent me messages, expect me to wait for this 'unpleasant situation' your words Ferdinando, to be resolved??

A situation wholly created by yourselves and NOT your CLIENT!!! I will continue to update this situation on Trustpilot until it is satisfactorily resolved.

we are deeply sorry about the unpleasant situation and we are trying our best to help you.

We called again the Italian Post this morning and they told us the package is coming back to you but they could not provide any tracking number to check.
As we have promised you from the beginning we will refund you as soon as we get the package or in the worst case scenario the package is considered lost.

If you get the package back, we are willing to create a return label for you to avoid any further troubles.

BUYER BEWARE - ZERO STARS

An absolutely TERRIBLE experience with Mr Porkamo that should serve as a warning to anyone considering purchasing from them.

After buying from them, I needed to process a return - and this is where their “outstanding customer support” completely evaporated:
∙ I received ZERO assistance with the return process and was left to organize everything myself
∙ Despite returning the item, I STILL have not received my refund
∙ Communication became a one-way street: they were eager and responsive when taking my money, but went silent the moment it involved returns and refunds
∙ I dealt primarily with Andrea, who repeatedly gave false assurances about escalating my case and chasing up the refund status - empty promises that never materialized
∙ The service was completely unreliable and utterly unprofessional!

For a so-called “luxury retailer,” their customer service is anything but premium.

They’re happy to take your money quickly, but good luck getting it back if something goes wrong.

I am now forced to dispute these charges with my credit card company since Mr Porkamo has failed to honor their refund obligations.

Please Save yourself the headache and financial stress - there are plenty of reputable luxury retailers who actually stand behind their products and treat customers with respect. Mr Porkamo is DEFINITELY not one of them.

Follow up reply; This is typical of a merchant who suddenly chooses to wake up & actually engage in customer interaction after an absolutely VALID negative review is posted.

These are the facts: They only responded to me on WhatsApp after days of silence because I advised them I would be seeking to escalate the matter through my bank.

The returns process may be at the expense of the customer but they make it as difficult as can be to undertake in returning the items.

They could’ve apologised - sincerely - and simply tried to assist in the return but instead all they/Andrea did is double down on the excuses.

The only 2 options available for return was normal post or express. I wasn’t going to choose the latter because that would cost literally hundreds. The former is not considered “slow” by any means and the item reached the merchant’s country of origin within 3 weeks.
When I requested they then reach out to the courier of their country who’d taken over the delivery. They simply didn’t bother and refused to do so.

Andrea then literally LIED by asserting the package wasn’t “lost” even though she had absolutely no idea whether that was the case or not.

And most importantly, it’s only after I repeatedly advised them I would be posting a negative review if they opted not to follow this up more urgently and then when I went on to do so, that she finally decided to contact customs to seek some sort of clarification on the delivery.

It’s just abysmal customer service and borderline gaslighting by a merchant who’s so PROBLEMATIC to deal with!

Bottom line - it took a negative review for them/Andrea to actually do what she should have done many weeks ago and of course, I STILL DON’T HAVE MY REFUND.
NOW LET’S SEE HOW LONG IT TAKES NOW FOR THEM TO STILL FINALISE THAT…PATHETIC!

Refund Update:
The return was received on Jan 14 and the refund was processed on Jan 16.

Dear Jeff,
we are deeply sorry to hear that from you, since we have always answered your questions and requests on whatsapp. The return is at the customer's charge, as it is well written on the website and they are the terms you agreed when placed the order.
Also it was not your first order with us, so you did know our policies very well.
You made the return on Nov29, using Australian Post low speed delivery, your call, and then complained about that, complained about no updates on the package for weeks (not our fault), complained that the package was lost and we didn't do anything about that.
On Dec24 there were updates, the package reached the Italian Customs, meaning the package was not lost.
Now there is clearance time from the Customs that does not depend on us.
Just today, Jan2 (third working day from Dec24) we have received communication from the Customs that they need documentation from us to unlock your shipment, documentation that we have sent them.
The proves that the package is not lost and we are doing everything in our power to help you with the return.
As promised and well stated on the website, we will process your refund as soon as we get the package back. We cannot issue the refund without having the package back.
You have threatened us of leaving bad reviews everywhere and open a claim with your bank cause we do not want to refund you.
Those are lies.
Despite you attitude, we are always here to help us as best as we can.
We will keep you posted on the return updates.

It only took a couple of days for the shipment to arrive to my California, Los Angeles location.
Great packing, the original hanger provided. I am very satisfied with the products and services received. Andrea is always polite and responsive.
