Super happy with bed I ordered.
Delivered within a week from ordering. Quality head board and base. Can not moan at all for the price.
Delivery guy was friendly. Assembly was easy did this by myself. Thank you mr slumber.

Poor quality item (cheap materials, poor workmanship) and not as pictured on the website - well maybe if squinting from a mile away….
Small print makes returns non viable due to costs and deductions.
One to avoid folks.

The returns policy is impossible as you loose half of the money.
We have had to take this bed as a loss.

Excellent communication, delivered to rural Devon within a week. Beautiful headboards. Even the delivery guy was a real gent.

Lovely Ottoman bed. Lower than expected & no bottom on the bed so clothes etc are on the floor.

Purchased three beds, Two singles for kids in plush velvet material in blue and pink and got myself a double slatted bed frame in steel plush all with mattresses. Really happy with them. Kids are actually sleeping in their own beds now :-)
I actually saw my friends bed and really liked it, she recommend Mr Slumber. Quality is really good and same as the pictures on their website. Ordering was easy and communication was amazing and arrived on the day delivery was booked. Delivery guy was brilliant too gave me eta on the day of delivery and placed them in the rooms for me. Keep it up Mrslumber, will deffo be telling my friends and family to order from them. Beds of lesser quality in shops local to me were way more pricier too.

Absolutely amazing experience with Mr Slumber! The bed was exactly as advertised and the company really went through with everything I requested. The courier delivered and assembled my bed and we were shocked by the results. Highly recommend!

Exactly as pictured and due to past experience know sometimes expectations are less when item viewed as opposed to seen .
Great service from when ordered to when item recieved

This company false advertise using fake pictures. Do not buy from them just because you think you will get a good deal, going off the pictures they put on their website and on social media. They string you along until the return policy expires then continue to ignore you. Ive seen better build quality from children. Absolute waste of time and money, policy is to check items on delivery, but they use so much plastic wrapping to hide their products so it is impossible to unwrap and check, while a courier is in a hurry to go... £100 return cost and then £165 loss if you open the items to check quality and return. Rip off company who shouldn't be allowed to trade and i hope they see this review because after being ignored i will be taking them to court out of principle and so this doesn't continue to happen to people who cannot fight these con men.

Please don't buy anything from them, very poor quality!!! Waste of money

Order and delivery process good. Quality of material poor, workmanship on headboard area looks rushed and poor. Colour not as expected as material looks thin and cheap.
Disappointed at the material and quality of head board. The mechanism is good quality and works well. Looking at the returns policy makes it very difficult to have any rights to complain or request return.

Fantastic driver and installer, went above and beyond expectations

Bed not as pictured whatsoever - the linen is velvet and returns policy does not support changing the bed. So disappointing.

Super solid and very good delivery time and communications.
