Stunning turnaround - a real pleasure to deal with now!
I'll be the first to admit that things weren't great - but that seems to be very much a thing of the past now. Under the ownership of Jonny and Kay, this is the service you'd hope it to be.
On top of the prices and stock being updated, support are responsive and orders are quickly turned around
If, like me, you'd had bad experiences previously then I highly recommend you give them a chance again!

Theres not many snuff shops left in the UK so mr snuff is one of the remaining few where you will find a huge choice of snuff from all over the world. I've ordered quite a few times and I've always recieved all my items very well packed and it usually arrives within 7 days depending on royal mail. I do wish you would stock more american snuffs though

Product arrived after DHL error
I have had my order after a big error with DHL after 9days so I would say Mr Snuff needs to go back to using Royal mail tracked as I track it as soon as it been posted not like DHL. Can I give a big mention to kay at Mr Snuff to dealt with my issue straight away this is the 4th time I have used Mr snuff great product.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the delayed delivery of your parcel. I understand how frustrating this must have been.
Our investigation has revealed that DHL delivered to the incorrect address due to a system error, despite the correct address being on the label. We are working with DHL to prevent this from happening again.
We have issued a full refund and the correct parcel is on its way. Please keep this parcel free of charge as a gift from us.
