Honestly when I purchase something that is made in china, I’m a little skeptical. I have to say, other than having to take a few minutes to figure how the pencil attachment fit. It’s a relatively well built scribing tool. Very functional. Would recommend it if you’re in the need for one.
I bought an animated elephant plush and still have NOT received it. I’ve tried to reach out to them, but still haven’t gotten a response. Buyers beware.

Order has tracking tracking leads to no where the shipment company doesn’t have the package and it said it’s been shipped for 2 weeks now all lies

Have had a lot of fun with this! My only suggestion would be to offer a smaller size for smaller eyes.
They truly have no customer service and their products are junk. I have left so many messages on their 800 customer service number and have sent many emails regarding a return that I have sent back. I have not received any reply back. The tracking number of the item says it was delivered to them weeks ago and I have not received my refund. I don't trust this company and I will never buy from them again. I pretty much chalked this one up as a complete loss.

This shipment comes from China
I ordered Jan 4th and a few days ago I finally got an email saying it is on its way which probably means another two weeks.
I refuse to download a Chinese tracking system - I will ever buy from here

Hello Sabrina, our apologies for your bad experience. When products are out of stock in our Local USA Warehouse we tend to use our reserves in our warehouse in Asia so there will be a delay in recieving your item due to it coming from Asia. After checking your order it does show us that you recieved your item already.

Ordered a waist bag with the company on August 2. Received a shipping notification on August 25 with link to china post. The order doesn‘t show any progress. Emailed customer service but never heard back. Still no product received on September 25. I cannot recommend this company.

The reason for the delayed delivery was due to the sipping carriers complications due to the pandemic that occured in 2020. Sorry for your bad experience we want all of our customers to feel valued.

I’ve placed my order with Mr. Tuanix on May 20th. I ordered two waist bags for running and hiking.
It is now May 28th and I haven’t heard any updates on my it. I contacted the company 3 times via email with no response. Even though it says that they are supposed to reply in one business day. I checked my spam folder many times and there was nothing there either.
The website is very unclear. There is no contact information. The search button can’t find anything and shows error message most of the time.
I haven’t received my order yet, but I am already thinking of canceling it.
I’ve placed many orders online with other retailers and never had such a bad customer service and unresponsive company as Mr. Tuanix.
I don’t mind waiting for my items as long as the
company can provide me with the updated status information and give me some type of idea of when to expect my package.
