From the outset the firm came across as professional and very helpful, inspiring confidence. Connie, receptionist was excellent, communicative and following through with clear messages,including a text confirming the arrival of the engineer.
Richard, the engineer, was on time, he
carried out the repair quickly and efficiently. He explained how the regulator needed to be gradually increased and the time it would take.
