I have ordered twice from MTailor. My first order didn't fit quite like I wanted them to, so they worked diligently to get my measurements correct and sent me a better fitting pair of jeans. I just ordered two more pairs of jeans and they are great. I was able to tweek them after wearing the first pair for a while. This is an amazing company and finally I have jeans that fit me and were made especially for me. I will continue to order any other pants I need in the future. Great people and super customer service.

This was my first order with Mtailor and, honestly, I was quite skeptical about how it would turn out.  The numbers I saw from my measurement were so far off from what I was accustomed to that I thought "no way this is going to fit right".  I am very happy to report that my skepticism was entirely misplaced!  The shirt fits absolutely perfectly!  I am very happy with my shirt and my Mtailor experience! 

I love the MTailor suit. And when things needed to be adjusted MTailor took care of it quickly and got it right. I would definitely choose MTailor in the future.

When I left the service I looked for a place I could order suits. At 6’4” inches with long arms I found off the rack did not work. I’ve ordered several suits and shirts from M Tailor and they have ensured my orders meet my needs. In the event an issue arouse the customer service team work diligently to correct the issue.

The shirt looks absolutely perfect on my husband. We both love the shirt. We were a little apprehensive when ordering, it traditionally he always went to a men’s store to be measured etc. however this experience has been perfect and convenient. My husband will be ordering more to include a new suit soon.

A great experience buying a suit ! I needed a suit, I have had the MTailor app on my phone for quite some time, I read about and saved it. I ordered the suit and a dress shirt, the suit jacket was a bit tight, MTailor had already emailed me to make sure I wass happy, I mentioned the tight coat, the next day I had a Zoom call with a rep who had me wear the whole suit and shirt, she elected to remake the coat and dress shirt, both arrived yesterday and fit like a glove, my post lady is excited, she has a wedding to attend later in the year and she hates shopping, you'll have another customer !

Ordered my first pair of jeans with some degree of skepticism. Unfortunately the first pair delivered did not fit properly. MTailor lived up to their word and remade them at no cost to me. The remade pair fit perfectly and were delivered in record time. There was never a hassle. I now have complete confidence in them and will continue placing orders with them.

The jeans turned out perfect, best fit I have ever had in a pair of jeans! The follow up is unheard of these days too. Awesome company and I will order more soon!

We recently placed an order with MTailor, and while the initial T-shirts didn’t fit as expected, and I think it may have been a setting on my phone camera that caused the error, but nevertheless, the team went above and beyond to make it right. Their process was seamless—they analyzed images we provided, identified the necessary adjustments, and remade one shirt for us to try. It arrived fitting perfectly! From there, they proceeded to remake the remaining three shirts, ensuring everything was just right.

What truly impressed us was their generosity—they never even asked for the original shirts back. This level of customer service is rare, and it’s one of the many reasons we keep coming back. This is our third time ordering, and while this was the first time we needed adjustments, the process was effortless.

There’s nothing better than receiving custom clothing that fits flawlessly, and MTailor delivers every time. A huge thank you to Rizza for the outstanding communication and support. We’ll be ordering many more items in the future!

MTailor does exactly what they say they'll do. I have never had bespoke clothing in my life until now. This app measured me for jeans. They were pretty close, but not quite right. A bit too tight, and they showed my butt crack when I sat down. I sent them a picture. A second pair of jeans, at no additional cost, arrived. They fit perfectly. The waistline in back is higher than in front. They have a separate pocket for my cell phone, also at no additional cost. I recommend the Mtailor app.

MTailor has truly been an exceptional business to work with. I ordered my husband 4 tailor made shirts for Christmas. He liked all of them except for one and that was only because of the material. I contacted them and Lily emailed me back and was so professional and fixed the problem without question. She was helpful from the very beginning and saw the entire exchange all the way through. I will gladly do business with this company again!

We were a little apprehensive about having clothing personally fitted and prepared using a phone app. However, I had a pair of jeans made and am very happy with the results. Turnaround was reasonably quick and the jeans look, fit, and feel great. They also survived their first wash just fine!

I’ve tried many online tailors and MTailor is, by far, the quickest. The second any styling/fit issues are sorted, they’re on the job and the items typically arrive within a couple of days. It’s phenomenal.

Their fabric selection and quality could be slightly better (compared to, eg, Tailorstore.com which has an outstanding range of fabrics and, to me, higher quality materials), but if what you want are everyday tees, polos and shirts, then it’s hard to beat the pricing, responsiveness, customer service and instant gratification of MTailor.
