My Customer Services agent made my experience amazing 100%. Im on the elderly spectrum so it was such a pleasant surprise when she patiently took me through the processes. She offered me options and again was very patient and clear, I couldn't be happier. Thank you for not having an animated voice reply. Best experience Ive had in a long time.
