Great learning experience and very informative course

I completed the MT Performance 10 Week Online Course and can highly recommend it. The course combines biomechanics, mobility training and myofascial release and so much more in a very clear and practical way.

As a physiotherapist, I especially appreciated how the course explains movement mechanics and how different parts of the body work together. Even with a professional background, it gave me new perspectives on the body and movement.

The course actually changed the way I look at the human body and how movement limitations can develop. I also learned many practical exercises and progressions that can help improve mobility and body control.

I also went through the Longevity Protocol, which is another course, and it provides really interesting insights into different daily routines and habits. It helped me structure my days better and definitely makes me feel more energized and focused throughout the day.

The content overall is very well structured and easy to follow, making it valuable not only for professionals but also for anyone who wants to better understand their body.

Best money I'll ever spend. For years I battled chronic allergi, tingling hands/arms every night and more. Tried different body workers and clinics nothing worked. After doing this work almost everything went away.

The course is full of good lessons and learnings along the way. The concepts are right on point, it's not wasting time, which I see very positive in general.

Good products, Circadian rhythm glasses both night a day, red light bulb, the MFR ball doesn’t look as much, but it is extremely efficient in grounding me and releasing my fascia.

My experience with MT Performance has been spectacular! From the 10-week course to the products, like the blue light blocking glasses I bought, I highly recommend them.

As expected, the quality of the light bulbs is as high as Mads other products. He sells what he believes is of highest quality for whatever aspects he promotes them for, and I notice a big difference considering competing products. Great purchase!

I have purchased the 10 week course with the Human Mechanics book, the complete toolkit, and the redight bulbs. All deliveries have been smooth with no issues. I am currently reading his book and I am obsessed with the red light bulbs. I find them to be very relaxing and does not bother my eyes as compared to other types of lights in the house. I just received the grounding mat in the mail and I am excited to try it out.
