Very resourceful training. The trainers are approachable and encourages you to practice and ask questions.
Interactive scenarios and feedbacks are given after every skills/workshop/assessment.

The course was arranged and delivered in a way that made understanding easier. The simulations were hands on and the instructors were good communicators

Importance of team work and communication, was stressed repeatedly and everything broken down into bite sized chunks. which gave everyone confidence to have a go.
