So washed don’t waste your money. Jeans were made to fit children, sweater is also nothing like the pictures and will make you look like sully from monsters inc. Also took nearly 2 months to arrive.

Bought 3 items and everything was super good. Definitely buying some new stuff when something drops🙌🏽

SCAM DONT BUY

ordered a pair of jeans and they came to small and I asked to exchange them for a bigger pair however was turned down as they had a inaccurate sizing chart. I then emailed them and got completely ignored

Order still absent arrived and it’s been a month when it was promised to arrive within a week poor. Haven’t even received any updates on how or where my package is poor service.

took almost a month to get here when saying for less than a week just for the clothes to be horrible, they jeans are thin and not comfortable, the “famous” jumper they sell is an absolute scam it’s not even that good quality and the worst part is that you can’t refund it so is just an overall scam, a waste of time, and a waste of money

Ich bin extrem verärgert über meine Erfahrung mit diesem Shop und kann nur dringend vom Kauf abraten.

Ich habe drei Pullover für jeweils 60 € bestellt. Die Ware kam erst erst nach über 3 Wochen an, anstatt den beschriebenen 3-5 Tagen (In meinen Augen klar aus china bestellt)

Als die Bestellung endlich ankam, folgte die nächste Enttäuschung:
– sehr schlechte, billige Qualität,
– offensichtlich minderwertige Importware,
– keinerlei Größenkennzeichnung auf den Pullovern.

Aufgrund dieser klaren Mängel wollte ich die Ware zurückgeben. Es folgte ein langer und äußerst frustrierender E-Mail-Austausch, in dem mir die Rückerstattung mit Verweis auf eine angebliche „non-refundable policy“ verweigert wurde.

Ich habe mehrfach sachlich und mit konkreten juristischen Paragraphen (EU-Widerrufsrecht, Sachmängel) argumentiert – ohne Erfolg. Der Shop stellte sich komplett quer und ignorierte geltendes Verbraucherrecht.

Am Ende blieb mir keine andere Möglichkeit, als mein Geld über den Zahlungsdienstleister zurückzuholen. Das war die einzige Möglichkeit, mein Geld wiederzubekommen.

Für mich wirkt dieses Geschäftsmodell absolut kundenunfreundlich: lange Lieferzeiten, schlechte Qualität und Verweigerung gesetzlicher Rechte.

Finger weg. Ich rate dringend vom Kauf ab.

Took 2 months two arrive and had a hole in it

Received my order after 3 weeks and a half delayed. When i opened the package it was kinda good. Nothing to say for they quality, it’s clearly good. But when I tried it on it was shorter on the arms and it didn’t match what i saw in the site’s picture. After all that time i expected to reiceived something i could have worn, and not to resell it. Bad experience.

Ordered a pair of flared jeans and the button was came broken. The quality is also cheap and it took almost a month to arrive.

Arrived after 1 month with the label cutted in half… , i’m really scared that the mohair was buyedon temu and reselled as their.

This takes so long to arrive just order from somewhere else

Order took 3 weeks to arrive even though the website stated 3-5 days. Horrible cheap jumper which is mass produced in China by the look of the tags. Also arrived filthy and marked. Would not recommend. Wish I looked at reviews before giving in to my Son and buying him one.

Never received my order, emailed more than once and never had a reply. So looks like they have taken money and not produced the goods. Scam and would avoid.

Not received my order after 3 weeks tried emailing multiple times and not once got a reply. £90 down the drain. SCAM!
