Clueful, super-nice, extremely competent, really interested in customer ideas.
I have been having a thread with these guys for maybe a month now. It turns out their Mudra Link product was not a good fit for my needs as it was in May 2026 (note that it is quite possible software-only updated may have fixed this by the time you read this.)
Note this was entirely my fault - my enthusiasm was greater than my ability to watch videos of the product in use and think about them objectively.
But the support person was really interested in my requirements, to the point that even after the return I am continuing the thread with him, and I really hope we will be able to help each other, and I am motivated to buy something from them as soon as it's clear it will work for my use case.
They are in my lifetime top 3 customer service experiences.
Note that they also have a separate developers program focused on enterprises, which is advertised via there corporate website, which is separate from their consumer brand website. (Part of the thread is my encouraging them to make this offering more obvious and universal.)
If they are this good at communicating with a random ex-customer, I can only dream of how nice it must be to be a paid enterprise contact!
