Terribleness Experience for Coders and Non Coders
I regret ever purchasing the MultiVendorX Pro plugin. It cost almost $400, and from the moment I installed it, it kept crashing. The plugin repeatedly tapped out with 502 errors, making it impossible to run a stable marketplace. Their team “fixed” it multiple times, but the same issues kept returning.
What makes it worse is that they refuse to honor their own refund policy, which clearly states that customers can request a refund within the first 30 days if the product doesn’t meet expectations. Instead, support keeps sending generic replies and constantly asking for access to sensitive server details, which felt unprofessional and unnecessary.
I switched to another, more established service just to test if the issue was from my setup. I’ve had zero problems since, which tells me everything I need to know.
If you don’t want stress, downtime, and support that dances around real solutions, stay far away from this plugin. It’s been a nightmare from start to finish

When you installed MultiVendorX Pro on October 20th, 2025, our team assisted with the initial setup, and everything was confirmed to be working properly at that time. When the 502 errors appeared later, our support team helped repeatedly because we wanted to ensure your site ran smoothly.
A 502 Bad Gateway error is typically generated by server-side conditions—such as hosting configuration limits, PHP timeouts, or caching conflicts—rather than the plugin itself. To accurately pinpoint the source of the issue, temporary admin or FTP access is standard practice across the WordPress ecosystem. Without this access, our ability to diagnose and address the root cause becomes limited.
We understand and respect your concerns about sharing server credentials, and our requests were made solely to investigate the issue more deeply and provide a lasting fix.
Regarding the refund request: We do honor our refund policy, and we’re committed to doing so fairly. In situations where proper diagnostics cannot be completed, it becomes difficult to determine whether the issue stems from the plugin or from external server factors. This is why we encouraged the necessary access to proceed further.
