Decline in service
I used to be a frequent customer of Mumzworld as their items are generally good quality (although they use way too much packaging). However, after their app underwent a redo a while back the experience has never been the same. The search functionality is poor, making it difficult to find what I'm looking for. Additionally, taxes are added separately at checkout, so I never know the final cost until the end, which is frustrating. One particularly bad experience involved items that never got delivered, and it took months to resolve the issue, despite the customer service previously being far superior, (perhaps it was less bot orientated then). Overall, the service has declined significantly. It used to be a much better experience, but now it seems easier and more reliable to use Amazon.
