J'ai commandé à 2 reprises sur ce site, à chaque fois une robe . Ils ont de jolis modèles . Je n'ai pas été déçue par la qualité et les robes reçues étaient conformes au modèle vu sur le site ( couleur, etc ... ) . Cependant leurs articles sont assez chers dans l'ensemble , quant aux frais de douane réclamés à la réception de l'article , c'est la douche froide , ce qui m'a dissuadée de continuer à commander sur ce site . C'est dommage ...

I have always had exceptional service with Mura Boutique. They have always been one of the most reliable places to buy online clothing from. The customer service girls have always been the nicest I have ever dealt with and it seems they will do everything they can to answer your questions. It is a little hard to believe that there have been some bad reviews here, as this hasn't been my experience with them. I would suggest to email them with any questions you have before buying rather than being dissapointed that something wasn't what you expected.

I wish I could give it no stars. GO NOT SHOP HERE. All the positive reviews on here and elsewhere are no doubt fake. I purchased shorts and a tshirt for my nieces birthday - came up to $90. You might think that for a tshirt and some floral shorts this is a decent amount to pay and you will receive average clothing quality well no... the tshirt was okay i guess - for $40 its ridiculous quality - something you can get for half the price at a store but at least it was wearable. The shorts on the other hand ($50) are not wearable in the slightest - they are completely see-through and i mean even if my niece was to wear no underwear u can see her crotch right through the short - look completely different to online. Disgusting that for $50 you would receive something that I can only guess cost $0.2c to reproduce at most in a Chinese factory. To even sell this to customers you have to have absolutely no decently. I asked for a refund was told I had to pay my own shipping refund fees which I was okay with but then got told I was only getting store credit... I will never shop here again - no wonder you only give store credit otherwise I cannot imagine why ANYONE would shop at MURA BOUTIQUE again. disgusting quality, scammers, BUYER BEWARE

Great customer service - they responded within a couple of hours when I notified them my skirt I ordered (which was delivered really quickly) had a small fault, and offered me great options for returns/refunds. Also kept me constantly updated for when my package would arrive. First time ordering with Mura Boutique but I will definitely be back to order more.

Honnêtement la qualité n’est pas ouf (mais bon disons que c’est un peu partout, comme les vêtements Asos et etc) du coup pour le prix que ça coûte vaut mieux se tourner vers des magasins comme MANGO avec des vêtements du même ordre de prix et de la qualité. Qui plus est, les photos sont archis photoshopés donc les vêtements ont un effet, une couleur etc vraiment différentes en réalité. Cependant je laisse 3 étoiles car les vêtements restent sympathiques et se laissent porter! PS: pour ceux qui se font livrer en France, vous aurez énormément de frais de livraisons à payer (exemple j’ai eu à payer environ 50€ pour environ un peu plus de 100€ de vêtements)

After I read all the bad reviews I was really hesitant to buy from them, however I was in love with a dress so I finally ordered. My first problem was to figure out the right size, I usually wear 6 but the reviews say sizes run small, so based on the sizes chart I ordered size 12. After my purchase I wasnt still sure so I messaged Mura site and their facebook page, I explained them my concerns and I gave them my measurements so they could help me find the right size. I got an answer an hour after I messaged them and I was adviced to get size 10, I was also able to change the size I had purchased. Following day I got the shipping confirmation and after 2 days I got my gorgeous dress. Size fits perfect and the dress is just as described. This was my experience with Mura Boutique and I am so glad I took the risk. Buying from them again!!!

First of all, I have learned my lesson to never shop online after my horrible experience with Mura. I ordered my first order with decent, casual looking clothes and when I received the package, I was shocked to find that the quality was awful, the sizes are overly wrong, and the way they looked online is very different than in person. I contacted them and they gave me store credit that I can shop with again from them only. I ordered an outfit which was a skirt and a shirt. Let's start out by saying that the shirt was cut off so technically a bra or a swimsuit like. The skirt is very see through. These qualities aren't mentioned in the description. For such prices, we expect to get decent quality and the clothes that are displayed online, not the complete opposite. This is my second bad experience and I definitely don't recommend it for anyone!!

Found these guys on instagram and used to ordered from them quite a bit. Quality was always so-so, but i think that's what you usually expect with fast fashion websites. About a year ago, i bought a playsuit and i noticed there was a rip in the shoulder and i called them and spoke to Hollie (i think???) and she was really helpful! Organised a return label for me and actually repaired the shoulder for me and gave me a small discount to say sorry. This is the way a company should run.

IN CONTRAST....

I ordered a dress recently for a friend as a birthday present. Received the dress and realised there was some kind of weird liquid stain on the hem. I also noticed that the item wasn't sent with a tag, so i took a pic of the stain and no tag item straight out of the bag. i called there number and asked to speak to Hollie again. I was told no Hollie had ever worked there. So I thought, that's fine this girl must a new, no okay, i'll see if she can help.
She couldn't.
I told her about the stain and the fact that i received it with no tag. I was told flat out i couldn't return it at all. I told her that i was happy if they simply cleaned it for me or something ( i was afraid to try wash the stain out myself). Literally the girl told me i couldn't return the item at all because there was no tag. again, i explained to her that it was sent to me with no tag. again, nope, can't return it.
By the ACCC, a faulty dress can be returned for a refund, but i didn't even want that, i literally just wanted an exchange or credit.
nope, nope, nope, nope she said.
This left me feeling literally so angry and sad, because i used LOVE this company but this has left me feeling so sour about it :(

Now to be fair, i've had friends shop here who had lovely experiences with mura (super fast shipping for one), but they all say the same thing ' nice clothes, but be careful as they NEVER refund for anything. Even had a friend have them email her to tell her the item she ordered was sold out and all they offered her was a credit or exchange... they literally didn't have anything to send her and wouldn't refund....

While i love the clothes (although they are just cheap china pieces, but who's aren't these days?), their customer service is horrible, so there's my 2 cents.

Ps. Eventually tried to wash the stain out. it didn't come out. I now use this dress as a very expensive rag to wash my car.

Do not and I mean DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. Your money will literally be wasted. I ordered a dress called the shawdon dancer that was green. The dress came with snags all over it and black stains on the strap. I was going to wear this to my boyfriends gradation this weekend and now I can't even wear it due to the poor quality of the dress and the BLEACH STAINS ON THE STRAP. Who in there right mind packages something it obvious stains on the strap? Customer service has yet to respond to me and I'm sure they won't. I cannot believe how terrible my experience has been with them and I will never ever buy from them again and I will make sure that no one that I know buys from them. I cannot believe that there are companies out there that literally trick people into thinking they are buying something nice from their istagram and website photos and when you receive the item it is absolutely not even wearable. I will make sure that people know about this terrible company.

This website is great. I've never had a problem and neither have any of my friends or family. I've gotten two dresses from there so far and they have been beautiful. The first dress I ordered last summer did have a slight malfunction, but customer service was very helpful and refunded me some of my money to fix it. This dress I received the other week is so beautiful. I will recommend this place to anyone.
