Ho recentemente avuto il piacere di rivolgermi alla clinica Murat Makasci per un trapianto di capelli e posso dire con assoluta sincerità che l'intera esperienza è stata impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista.

La clinica è moderna, estremamente pulita e curata nei minimi dettagli. Ogni ambiente trasmette un senso di ordine e sicurezza, qualità fondamentali soprattutto in un contesto medico.

I decided to get a hair transplant three months ago. I looked at several clinics and decided on Murat Makasci in Istanbul. I had the FUE Sappire transplant. It was quick, practically painless, and had no aftereffects. I'm completely satisfied. They're true experts who did a great job. I recommend them.

Après l’étude de plusieurs cliniques mon choix c’est orienter vers la clinique Murat Makasci. Je suis entièrement satisfait de l’ensemble de mon expérience ! De la prise en charge à aéroport à mon vol retour en France .

Je dois dire que l'équipe est au top. J'ai eu Kenize pour me guider avant et après l'opération, elle a été parfaite. Je la remercie encore pour son aide.

J’ai fais une greffe de cheveux le 3 septembre 2024 à la clinique Murat makasci
J’avais sélectionné 15 cliniques
En juillet, j’ai pris contact avec kenize interprète française qui travaille pour eux.
J’ai étais super bien renseigné, elle est très professionnelle tout le temps à l’écoute et ne vous harcèle pas.
J’ai choisi cette clinique, car les commentaires étaient bons, je me suis fait mon propre avis.
Je suis extrêmement satisfait du résultat, on m’avait bien expliqué que suite à mon alopécie il me faudrait deux interventions, ils ne m’ont pas vendu du rêve comme certaines cliniques qui me disaient en une seule opération c’est bon.
Franchement l’opération est peut-être un peu douloureuse mais supportable. Les personnes sont très professionnelle et font du très bon travail et sont très minutieuses.
J’ai fait une greffe de cheveux un peu comme un caprice, ça fait 20 ans que j’étais chauve, ça ne me dérangeait pas, j’ai voulu changer de tête et je ne le regrette vraiment pas, j’ai juste un conseil à vous donner,
n’hésitez pas allez y les yeux fermés.
Je ne peux que conseiller cette clinique car les résultats sont vraiment surprenant.

Terrible experience with Murat hair clinic. An unhygienic hair mill. My donor area has been completely over harvested, their hygiene and care during the procedure is shocking, they really don’t have a clue what they’re doing. Booked my procedure from the UK and the service on WhatsApp beforehand was fine, no complaints. Answered my questions and so I paid my deposit and flew out.
On the day of the procedure myself and four others were put in a waiting room and each told to fill out a form, basically stating that they won’t take any responsibility for anything if the results aren’t as expected. Fine, I’m aware of the risks and proceeded to the operating room. Then when it came to the consultation they didn’t mention anything about how many grafts they would expect to extract or how long the procedure should take. Just drew my hairline using freehand, no lasers or any other measuring equipment for symmetry. They began with the procedure and ended up extracting 6k grafts!! All in one sitting which is a complete no no! Firstly I was only a diffused thinner and by no means completely bald. I probably needed around 2-3k grafts max. Secondly due to extracting such a large amount and with the procedure lasting almost 12hrs straight, this has definitely caused over harvesting and now 4months post-op my donor area is still so thin and patchy and still has bumps and scars. I don’t believe they followed appropriate hygiene protocols and could smell cigarettes on some of the technicians as they went and came from smoke breaks. They made me eat my lunch (I’m sure better food is served in prisons) on the same chair I was being operated on. I could feel the technicians breathe on my open wounds on my scalp as they were operating, they had face masks but these were just dangling from their ears and not actually covering their nose or mouth. Nobody was assessing the extracted hair grafts under a microscope to ensure they were inserted in the correct direction and to ensure double grafts weren’t being out in the hairline. I have multiple double and triple hair grafts on my hairline which is something that should be avoided if you want a natural looking hairline. I would avoid this clinic at all costs. I’m sure there are some decent clinics in Turkey so do your research but this is not one of them. They cut corners and will extract as much as they can from your head because their philosophy is more is better and give no regard to the consequences that you’ll have to deal with afterwards.

Prima di scegliere questa struttura, ne ho contattate diverse e delle più blasonate parlando con i diversi interpreti;
Qui ho trovato Luca, che subito dal primo contatto, si è mostrato davvero disponibile, gentile ma soprattutto capace di ascoltarmi e di rassicurarmi.
Una volta giunto in clinica, ho trovato il Dottor Murat, anche lui simpaticissimo, ha deciso di disegnare lui l’hair line.. che dire, una mano decisa e sicura per un risultato che tanto volevo.
Anche lo staff e le ragazze sono super gentili e tutti preparati, trasmettono senza dubbio, sicurezza e professionalità, il tutto svolto in una super clinica di nuova concezione.
I primi giorni post intervento, e poi sempre in modo costante, si è seguiti con foto, video e consigli sul come procedere, ed anche qui Luca ha svolto per me un ruolo importante.

Che dire.. se cercate una clinica seria, non abbiate dubbi, scegliete Murat! 👊🏻

Mi sono affidato totalmente a loro ma qualcosa è andato male durante l' intervento. Nonostante abbia seguito i loro consigli e le cure oggi, a dieci mesi, sono tornato peggio di prima. Risultato pessimo!!!

Tutto è organizzato nei minimi dettagli.
Luca il referente italiano sempre presente, più che come dicevo un referente diventa un vero e proprio amico.
Lo staff molto preparato, e ti mettono subito a proprio agio.
Dei tanti interventi che ho visto ad altre persone sull aereo di ritorno ( cliniche blasonate e famose) posso assicurarvi che nessuno era neanche minimamente confrontabile con il lavoro che mi era stato fatto.
E che dire del dottor MURAT, e lui che apre i canali per poi innestare i bulbi, e questa è una cosa fondamentale che il dottore in prima persona si impegna a fare, che nessun altra clinica low cost fa.
Posso concludere col dire che , chiunque fosse interessato a sottoporsi ad un trapianto di capelli, dovrebbe valutare davvero questa clinica e questa equipe, sono da 10 lode …
E a distanza di 8 mesi sono ancora lì a scrivermi e chiedermi la mia situazione .

Ci sono stato il 12 dicembre e devo dire davvero staff professionale, seri e disponibili ad oggi sono soddisfattissimo del risultato graziee
